Our spacious kitchen has every essential + more! The second story offers 3 charming bedrooms & 2 glamorous bathrooms. Centrally located & perched atop Bluff Hill, just a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Napier.

The space
Create an indoor-outdoor flow from the kitchen and dining space by opening up the doors and bi-fold windows. A large, wrap-around balcony awaits to host your alfresco BBQ dinner, with the view over Napier’s coastline as the perfect backdrop.

On a cool mid-year stay, prepare a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen and share it with your family and friends at the large dining table. Later, get cosy on the comfortable couches and indulge in a glass of Hawkes Bays finest wines.

The second level of our two-storey home features three charming bedrooms, each with their own unique character. The master suite is something to be truly admired, with its bay window and elaborate ensuite bathroom, complete with soaking tub and exquisite sea views.

Relax indoors, enjoy tea in your private garden, or perhaps venture out for some sightseeing. Our Homestead is a very central property, perched atop Bluff Hill, with a walkway into town directly across the road, only a 5 minute stroll into Napiers Art Deco City Centre.
