The apartment is plush and tastefully decorated (modern with a bit of eclectic flair). We have every last detail taken care of. Nice towels, amazing coffee and chocolates and a bright, sunny view of DC. You will not be disappointed.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included in the price. Expect an immaculately kept apartment with comfy beds, a gourmet kitchen and a killer view of the city.

Free run of the place! Pool, sun deck, gym, roof top lounge, business center, grills, balconies, you name it. Note the pool itself is only open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Interaction with guests
I live in the building next door so I am usually around to assist if there is ever a problem. I will not cramp your style though, so I will only be as involved as you need. I find most people want their privacy and I respect that. Always available to give a recommendation.
Other things to note
Early Check Ins/Late Check Outs:
Please understand that it is very hard for us to accommodate early check ins. My units are booked back to back and my cleaners are on a tight schedule; in order to have our guests check in early, my previous guests have to leave earlier than they planned or my cleaners have to rush. The 5 hour window we have to turn around the homes is a well orchestrated symphony of keys, lockboxes, parking spaces and cleaning crews - we have 10 units here in DC and continue to grow!
I wish I could accommodate the travel schedules of every single one of my guests, but it turns into a logistical nightmare for my team when I start making exceptions. I hope you understand :)
I do have a good option if you want to store your luggage, which are the lockers at Union Staton. There's a place called Tiburon Lockers that is pretty affordable and will hold you things for you if you want to explore the city a bit before check in.
If the unit is ready any earlier than 4:00, my property manager will contact you to let you know. Thanks in advance for understanding.
Plan on throwing an event? All events require pre-approval by the host. There is a $500 fee for all events with a maximum of 10-12 people including occupants. You're free to use all common areas, but the event must end before 10 p.m. (Quiet Hours in the Building) A credit card must also be kept on file in case of any damages.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

In a former life, I served as an attorney on Capitol Hill. I will never forget my first day. My boss walked me through one of the "hideaway" offices onto the West Front Steps of the Capitol Building. I was instantly inspired. White gleaming marble, cerulean blue fountains and huge ceramic pots filled with palm trees...I couldn't get enough. Though I enjoyed the legal work, I have to admit that I spent most of my time admiring the architecture.
I soon found myself spending nights and weekends collecting cool furniture and decorating apartments. I began renting them out to other interns and a business was born. What started as a small studio in the eclectic neighborhood of Adams Morgan has grown into more than 15 units including a spectacular home in an amazing little mid-century neighborhood called Portlock that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in a place very dear to my heart. Hawaii.
I have taken great care to ensure that all of my apartments are well-equipped and that no detail is forgotten.
My units work well for large families and business travelers and we welcome back people every year for large events in DC, families reunions and weddings in Hawaii and many other little gatherings in between.
