The partment is located near Shinagawa Station which is best location for many places. If you want to go to Osaka or Kyoto, you can take a Shinkansen from Shinagawa Station. Shinagawa has15 trains to go all directions. Also, Odaba waterfront is near!
The apartment is a cozy and new place. It is located in Shinagawa's wharf area, very beautiful and expensive area.
The apartment has one double bed, two dunk beds in bed room and one double size sofa bed in living room.
This apartment has "High-Speed" Home Wifi as well as mobile wifi device. So, if you need fast internet for work, or you want kids not to be bored at home by connecting game device, you can do so.

Interaction with guests
It is Self Check-in/out. The apartment is private so only guests staying will be there. I am always available however if the guests need anything or have any questions.
Other things to note
Since it is an apartment, it is always good manners to keep the other residents in mind. Please refrain from making loud noises, especially at night.
I want you the guests to have the best and most comfortable experience so I try to make sure I have basic items for your stay.
Amenities includes hair dryer, washer, coffee maker, toaster, electronic water boiler, mobile wifi device, home high-speed wifi, TV, and basic drinks such as tea and coffee.

Please do not talk loud at entrance of building, hallways, and elevators. This is not a hotel and please respect regular residents. They are very sensitive about noises.
Please make sure that you do not wear shoes in the apartment and they are taken off at the entrance.
No loud noises, Please be respectful of other tenants.
No Parties or loud Music. Please keep the tv volume at reasonable level.
Please make sure all trash is picked and put in bin based on the instructed sorting rule.
Please make sure all gas is turned off, stove, air conditioning, lights when not in the apartment.
No smoking and no use of fire is allowed except cooking stove.
