The apartment is too small for 3 people, it has room for max. 2 persons with luggage. During our stay we experienced a loud neighborhood, especially the neighbors next door were loud during the entire night. Since we stayed at Gregory's apartment for a business trip, it was not a good place to relax. The apartment smells a bit musty and the bedding was not prepared. Also we had trouble with the light in the bathroom which was broken. The first four days we had to use the shower in the dark, Gregory was not able to organize us an alternative light source and the communication with him was very complicated and unfriendly. Since we were very annoyed about this, we finally decided to discontinue our stay at Gregory's apartment and moved into another apartment. Gregory was not cooperative and did not offer us any refund. In short, this was the worst Airbnb experience so far.

The place is cozy for 3 people, but if your trip involves full-day exploring and just coming home to shower/sleep, then it's all you need. It's conveniently located down the street from the metro, which is a major benefit! As previous reviewers stated it has a "musty" smell, kind of like a camp cabin, but we did not mind it. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and other spots to enjoy that are less touristy, which we certainly appreciated. A lot more of a local scene than staying in the heart of Paris, plus its quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent little place! Perfectly safe within the little courtyard and quiet at night. Everything was just great.

We had a great stay in Gregory's flat. The location was great - quiet but still very central and really nice area. The flat was small but nice and had all necessary amenities. Only downside was the fan in the bathroom which was on a timer and was quite loud when it was on during the day and a damp smell. Generally a really positive experience and I would recommend this place.

The studio is very central and has just what you need. We were three girls and it went fine, even though the place is very little :) We managed to cook some simple food in the kitchen as well. The bathroom and the shower is very nice. Be aware of the fact that 9 o'clock in the morning, there was this sound from a fan in the studio that was quite loud. But it didn't bother us as much, cause the plan was, nevertheless, to get up early. We recommend the place.
