This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1,750 square-foot townhouse is located in the HEART of Old Town Scottsdale. Its 1 block due East of The Scottsdale Entertainment District, 1 mile due East of Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall & 2 miles North of the SF Giants Stadium.

The space

Given this units superior real estate location, everything you need is in walking or bicycling distance. This townhouse offers 2 matching master suites on the second floor equipped with 2 full baths and walk-in closets. Private covered parking is around back behind the unit along with rear (south side) access into the unit. Guests may park freely along the curb out front on Montecito Avenue.

Guest access

* Any and all guests may enter on both the North and South side of the unit.

* All confirmed / reserved guests will be given a 4 digit digital access code prior to arrival.

* There is also access into the unit on the south side of the building through a sliding glass door located on the patio.

Interaction with guests

* Guests are free to come and go as they please. The digital lock on the front door will offer our guests absolute convenience and mobility throughout their stay.

* In the event of an emergency, our property manager is located 12 minutes due South of the unit in Tempe, Arizona. His contact information will be left for you on the kitchen table.

Other things to note

• There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 for any and all pets. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal.

• Please be advised that this fee is per animal and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay.

I.e. Urine/poop stains, cheer up furniture, damaged property or personal belongings, etc.

• Take trash out prior to your departure and replace trash can with new liner.
• Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases and linens and place them in the washing machine prior to vacating the premesis.
• Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

*** Please keep in mind that this property is guarded by NEST Security Cam. There is a camera located on the back private patio facing the back gate for security purposes only - in the event any personal items go missing.

Mike's place was fantastic, spacious, clean and well worth the money. Check in and out was very easy and Mike was always available if we had any questions. He had the home fully stocked with every item you could need, which was very convenient. Also, the grounds and the community pool were gorgeous and that of resort quality. I would stay at Mikes place again and would also recommend it to other friends and family. Our only issue, which was minor, was that there were no blinds on the front bedroom. Mike very quickly informed me that they were being repaired and that he was sorry for any inconvenience. Overall a fantastic stay and a very warm and attentive host. Thank you Mike!

Was very impressed by this vacation rental. Location is unbeatable, only 3 blocks from the entertainment district. The unit is clean and spacious. Access to the pool was a huge plus. It was great working with Mike, he was quick to respond to my inquiries and I would definitely use him again.

The house is very nice, well taken care of and clean. However, there are cameras on the property that monitor you and keep tabs on whatever you do. You are required to clean the apartment despite the cleaning fee. If you bring a pet, you will have another $150 charge dumped on you, so enjoy, but be advised you're likely to get charged almost double whatever you book

I rather enjoyed Dustin Young as a guest in my home so you can imagine my surprise after reading his review. I've been a member of Airbnb since 2015 and have hosted over 55 five-star reviews owning and operating over 4+ vacation rental properties throughout the Arizona market (Scottsdale & Tempe). * I wanted to take this opportunity to inform both Dustin and any other potential renter in the near future, my vacation rentals are guarded by Nest Security Cam. It clearly states at time-of-chekcout that there is a camera facing the back (or south) patio gate for all security intense purposes to ensure that no personal belongings go missing (as they have in the past). * Secondly, the reason why Dustin paid more after his initial booking was due to the fact that he simply DID NOT mention that he was bringing an animal (his dog). Again, it clearly states on all my listings, prior to confirming your booking reservation on Airbnb, that there is a non-refundable $150 Pet Fee for any and all pets. Furthermore, the Pet Fee is negotiable on price based based on the size, breed and level of training of the animal. * Lastly, in response to the Cleaning Fee remark. This fee is for professional cleaning services only. I hire a cleaning company to properly turnover every unit after a guest checks out. The cleaning crew is responsible for scrubbing the toilets, cleaning the bathrooms, washing the the bathtubs, washing/bleaching all linens, pillow cases and bedding, remake the beds, vacuum and mop the entire home, wipe down all counters, unload the dishwasher, replace the trash can liner and fully stock all paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent for any upcoming Airbnb guests. To Dustin and any up-and-coming Airbnb avid traveler, I hope my response has cleared up any confusion or ambiguity regarding my listing/s. Mike is super responsive and accommodating. The place was way bigger than I imagined and closer to everything than I thought. I couldn't have found a better place and will 100% be back again. The unit is very private and comfortable. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend the place and Mike.

Mike's place was nice! It's a great location, and great for self-catering, since there are two grocery stores within walking distance. We were about a 15 minute walk to old town Scottsdale.
