The space
Step into an airy, open-plan home designed for relaxed coastal living. Three double bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the north- and east-facing decks invite sunshine from dawn through afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, and the lounge opens wide to sweeping ocean and bush views.

The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with another double bedroom below and a third flexible room ideal for guests or quiet work. An outdoor hot shower lets you rinse off after the beach, and private parking at the back door makes access easy. Surrounded by native bush alive with birdsong, Little Bay Up High blends comfort, nature, and effortless Coromandel charm.
Next to Little Bay is the 3 km white sand surf beach of Waikawau Bay.

Ally has spent many hours exploring the Coromandel since her introduction to adventure racing brought her to the mine shafts, secret Kauri forest groves and creeks that only the Coromandel has to offer. She has lived in Europe and Australia, travelled through South America, Asia and Canada and America, but has never found anywhere quite as special as Little Bay.
