This property is located on 50 meters from the Tiber river (you can get lovely walk), between Trastevere and Testaccio (two historical districts in Rome).
Trastevere is the heart of the nightlife of young Romans, but also a very nice walking place during the day, full of picturesque streets, restaurants and bars and important churches: Santa Maria in Trastevere and S.Cecilia (stunning mosaics - ninth century).
The area is extremely well served by public transport: with an excellent tram line (no. 8) you can reach in a really few minutes both Largo Argentina and Trastevere Station or with more buses you can get Piazza Venezia in only few stops.
Around the apartment there are many services: supermarket , restaurants, bistrots and the our favorite pub with terrace " Brasserie 4.20".
Within walking distance, on the opposite side of the River Tiber, crossing Ponte Testaccio, lies one of the most important contemporary art museum in Rome: Macro
Also each Sunday the historical open-air flea market of Porta Portese throngs the adjacent streets: many of the stands sell generic goods but there’s an attractive antiques section selling everything from rusty brass keys to the antique armoires.
The flat is in a charming location, lovely, on the third floor with lift, consisting of sunny lounge with queen size bed, a lovely and spacious terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower; it has its own heating system, air conditioning and wifi free.
It's possible to add a little bed for a third person
