This is the perfect Old Town location. Park City Mountain Resort is one block away (as well as Canyons access via gondola), and all restaurants and shops on Main St are a 10-15 minute walk away - or take the free bus which picks up at the front door. The condo has all amenities for a ski trip: Washer/Dryer, WiFi, TV/DVD, Full Kitchen with everything needed, Fireplace, BBQ, etc. Common areas include large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, and foosball table. Covered garage parking included!
This ski condo is in a perfect location in Park City - Park City Mountain Resort (largest ski resort in the United States, named #1 family resort by the editors of Ski Magazine) is walking distance, one block to the lifts and main ticket offices. Other great skiing available in town at Deer Valley Ski Resort (a 5 minute drive or accessible through the free bus system throughout town which picks up at the front door) and The Canyons Ski Resort (now part of Park City Resort, available through the new connecting gondola). Main St is also within walking distance (15 minutes, or by free bus), which offers many restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shopping options. City Park is also across the street, and all other activities in the Park City area are within a few minute drive or a free bus ride. SLC international airport is easily accessible with a 45 minute drive or a shuttle ride. This ski condo is located in Old Town of Park City, right in the heart of what was recently named “Best Town Ever” by Outside Magazine.
This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and was newly remodeled in 2009. It is fully furnished, as the owner was living here since the remodel. There is a large living room / dining area, equipped with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, cable TV, a fireplace, board games, and free Wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking all meals, and has all new stainless steel appliances. There is also a balcony with a grill, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. The tiled entryway has a ski rack for 6 pairs of skis, and is perfect for wet boots and clothes.
The complex has a year-round hot tub and sauna for use, as well as a ping pong room and common area. The unit also comes with one dedicated covered parking spot in the underground garage, and additional parking is available in guest spots outside. The bus stop for the free town bus system is on the corner right outside the front door.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with pillow-top mattress, a bathroom internal to the room, 2 large closets, and a separate door to the balcony. The second bedroom has a twin-sized bunk bed, as well as a twin-sized trundle bed (one mattress on top, with another normal mattress that can pull out from underneath). The second bathroom has one doorway off of the second bedroom, and another doorway to the common hallway. The living room also offers sleeping options on the couch (with provided memory foam pad) and space for air beds.
The owner would like to do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will receive prompt email replies to help answer any questions and help with booking. During your stay, there is a phone number/person locally you can call if you should need help with anything. Weekly discounts are also available.
You will have private use of the entire condo - this includes full kitchen to cook all meals, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry in the unit etc. There is a hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table in the common areas of the complex. There is also a reserved parking spot in a covered garage.
Please treat my home with care and respect, as you would as a guest. Please remove shoes in the entryway. Members of groups (excluding families or those with adult supervision) should be 18 years of age or older. Up to 8 people can sleep in the unit (6 in beds, 2 on couch and airbed provided) - contact owner if group is bigger than 8. No huge parties please, and please don't break anything :)

I am an avid skier and enjoy all outdoor activities, which is what brought me to Park City originally. Like most locals, I came for the winter and stayed for the summer.
I also love travelling around foreign countries, which is why I rent my condo in Park City while I am gone. If I am out of town, there is a local contact to assist with any needs during your stay, as well as a professional cleaning crew between each guest.
