This is the second time I stayed in Dominique's flat in Cannes and is was as good as the first time. Very clean and spacious with a lot of light and a large outdoor space. Well equipped (with an underground garage). Dominique has also been very nice and it is a pleasure to stay at his flat. This is only a 20-25 minutes walk to the croisette, which was convenient for me.

The apartment is quite big and equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. The patio is huge (as big as the apartment itself) and sunny: I loved having breakfast there or relaxing with a glass of rosé in the evening. The house is located in a quiet residential area very close to the Boulevard Carnot (the main street). The Croisette, train station and city center are still within walking distance. A bakery and little shop are next to the house, other shops are close by. Dominique is the nice and helpful host you wish you could find everywhere. I enjoyed my stay very much and I can recommend the apartment to everybody visiting Cannes and surrounding area. Thanks Dominique! I hope to come back soon. ***** Five stars! *****

I really enjoyed my stay in Dominique's flat. Dominique was really nice and caring and did everything to make my stay confortable. The flat was very well equipped and extremely clean, with a lot of light. The patio is probably as large as the apartment and should be an attractive feature in Summer . The big plus for me as was the private underground parking. The location is quite convenient with a 20 minutes walk to the Croisette and very close to the Cannet, with its villagy feeling. There are convenient stores nearby, a Pharmacy, a bakery...and a very nice little restaurant called the Jardin de Joseph. I would definitely recommend this apartement. It was my first Air B&B experience and I enjoyed it. I think I was also the first time someone was staying in this appartement and dominique had been very attentionate, with a small box of sweets on the pillow, a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules,...

Marie nous a gentiment accueillis à notre arrivée (très fatigues après une longue route). L'appartement était propre et bien décoré. L'immeuble est très calme, la grande terrasse a été très appréciée. Mais il est encaissé, sous un haut pont, et étant au rez-de-chaussée, il est sombre et humide. Il n'y a pas d'air, le ventilateur (vieux) a eu du mal à nous rafraichir. Le garage est aussi un énorme PLUS. Ce qui m'a aussi beaucoup gênée est le manque de lampes (séjour et chambre), on n'y voit rien le soir. Je dirais qu'il convient très bien a des touristes qui sont à la plage toute la journée ou visitent la région, c'était plus difficile pour nous qui devions y rester pour travailler et prendre nos repas. Il n’y a aucun équipement de cuisine (UNE casserole, énorme et tes lourde, aucun saladier etc…). Je dois cependant dire que la Wifi a magnifiquement marché, sans coupures. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une expérience positive.
