Welcome Tiny Home on Wheels #2 - the first of its kind in the Marietta area! A great weekend retreat for those who looking to kickback, unplug, and relax! Located adjacent to my other unit Tiny Cabin #3
Designed for minimalist and outdoor enthusiast who wish to do more with less. This tiny house on wheels is modern with everything you'll need for a night or two away. Built on a flatbed trailer, our Tiny is 8 wide by 16 long with a sleeping loft.
The bed is a queen memory foam mattress. The pillows are "firm" so if this isn't your preference then please bring your own :-) Hair Dryer included.
Devola is a safe and quiet community just a few minute drive, peddle, or paddle from historic downtown Marietta.
The tiny house.
Off street parking.
Interaction with guests
Limited. Only if you want me to stop by. Self check-in is my preference. (I typically go to bed very early. Just something to remember if you arrive late or need special arrangements.)
The doorknob is a push button keyless entry system.
Other things to note
You are renting an RV/Tiny House on wheels.! The toilet is a self contained unit. DO NOT flush anything down the toilet, please. You are glorified camping.... bugs you will encounter.
Hot plate electric burner
Coffee pot and filters
THERE IS NO WIFI or CABLE. Enjoy the scenery :-)
**Grey water tank has a 2 day capacity. Quick showers and sink utilization is appreciated!
Interested in bike rental or kayaks? Let me know! I offer a per day or weekend rate. Launch point is at the Devols Dam. You can also rent equipment through Marietta Adventure Company.
You must always:
Always use a strainer in the kitchen sink. Always!
Always unplug unused appliances, and always unplug when checking out.
Always tie closed your trash when leaving.
Always park immediately to the left of the RRTY (just before the orange cone between the brown storage shed and RRTH.
Leave the unit like you found it. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor. You can leave the sheets on the bed.
Bring bottled water, please. The water is fed through an RV hose, and water goes through reverse osmosis process, but better to be safe (my advice at least).
You must never:
Never plug in more than 1 appliance, please! This will ensure you don't inconvenience your stay.
Never flush anything down the toilet that isn't human waste.
Leave any food outside (cats and who knows what else will help themselves!)
Leave any fire unattended, or burn anything other than wood.
