Well maintained gated community,set for the international traveller/expat. Located close to major shopping & entertainment,schools & primary roads. Set in an oasis,complex is well equipped with a brand new infinity pool,jacuzzi,gazebo & green areas.

Guests will have access to all communal areas and 1 parking space labelled 'Number 18'.

The highly sought after neighbourhood of Paddington Terrace, is next to Barbican within walking distance to key residences such as Vale Royal the official residence of the Prime Minister of Jamaica, the Bob Marley Museum former home of reggae legend Bob Marley, home of the US Ambassador to Jamaica and other influential persons within the country. Paddington Terrace is approximately 19km from the Norman Manley International Airport and 40 minutes from the foot of the famous Blue Mountains. It is 5 minutes away from 2 major shopping districts, inclusive of restaurants, cinemas, banking facilities, supermarkets and more. If you are a lover of Japanese food and sushi check out Majestic Sushi at the lush Villa Ronai property which is 20 minutes from Paddington Terrace.

I am able to provide airport transfers or transfers across the island upon request.
Additionally if a guest requires the rental of a motor vehicle this too can be provided upon request.
Public transportation is also very accessible in this neighbourhood. The most convenient and safest mode of public transportation is by taxi. Below are my recommendations:

Worth a look! Beside Orchid Village you can find Ujima an organic farmer's market that takes place every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, a great place to stock up on farm fresh produce.

No smoking inside allowed or pets.
Music/sound must be maintained at a respectful level to neighbours.
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away as best as possible. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

It was a great pleasure meeting Safia, not only was she friendly, she was so helpful and very accommodating. The apartment is clean, spacious and the location was wonderful. Gated apartment so I felt even more secure. The neighbors was also very friendly, felt like home. l looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Jamaica.

Safie's place is lovely. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance and a quick drive to shopping center with great food options. The house will have everything you need - wifi, TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer and is super comfortable. The pool is a great bonus as well and there/s a lovely patio where you can spend a quiet evening. Safie is a fantastic host...she responded immediately when we had any questions and couldn't be more friendly or helpful.

Safia was a great host. We had a late check in and she was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She also gave us some tips on where to eat. Would definitely stay at her place again!

Safia was by far the most friendly and helpful host I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made my stay nothing short of wonderful and it really did feel like a home away from home. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer but I definitely intend on coming back, that's for sure

Safia was absolutely wonderful. I was not able to stay at her place due to her guests extending their stay. She did however find me other accommodations at a sister property. I was able to check in early as well as check out late. The location was ideal. The town home was spacious and new. The neighborhood was quiet and private. Safia was great. I am definitely going to book with her on my next trip.
