Rachael was an amazing host. So friendly and welcoming and helped me ease my way into Cape Town life! She was also great company to drink tea with on her balcony :) Oh and Allie, her 2 year old dog who is NUTS but deceptively veryfriendly! Great location as well as taxis are super cheap everywhere anyway

I've done AirBNB's from all over, and this was by far my best experience. The flat is in an amazing location that is close to a great restaurant and market, with an unreal view of the Ocean and Lion's head, and is extremely comfortable (great bed, great space, great shower). The best part of course is Rachael. There are no words to describe what a great human she is. She makes you feel comfortable instantly and has the best suggestions for having a great experience in Cape Town (trust me, listen to her, she knows). She's also one of the funnest people I've ever met. Can't wait to go back. If you don't book with her, you aren't getting the best Cape Town experience you could have.

The place was great so I decided to stay again, see my previous review directly before this one!... my stay there was the perfect way to hang in Cape Town and Rachael is super nice and sweet. I am definitely going to miss my tea each morning on that balcony with the amazing view!

The location is awesome, high-end neighborhood of Camps Bay tucked away in the hills overlooking the sea, but also conveniently located across from a small market for anything you may need. Cannot beat the view from the two lounge chairs on the balcony. Drinking tea and enjoying view of the ocean crashing on the rocks, and mountain view at same time, was my favorite thing each morning! The place is very spacious and neat, and the photos on the listing are very accurate. Also great access to Camps Bay beachfront nearby, so all in all a great trip!

Rachael's place is just awesome! The moment you step inside you are greeted by the bright, airy room and the gorgeous view of the coast and mountains. We used to love waking up and having breakfast on her balcony overlooking the sea, a perfect way to start the day. Her apartment is situated right next to a bus stop #106 or #107 to get you into the city or to any of the beaches. Why you would bother taking a bus to the beaches I don't know as it was only a 10 minute, beautiful stroll along the coast (and some secret hidden beach coves if you felt like exploring) to Camps Bay. The beach, the strolls, the views... yada yada yada... The best damn thing about this place is Rachael! Rachael is like a bucket full of sunshine dust. She is a colourful ensemble of balloons and streamers that you can't help but be smiley and happy around... It's impossible as her wit, humour and bubbly demeanor is infectious. I didn't get my Rachael shots done before coming to Africa which left me happily susceptible to her! Rachael was always happy to spend an evening chatting over a few wines or teas and was a joy to be around. She was full of useful information on things to do locally as well as things to do on a greater scale in Africa. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I left feeling like I'd just made a new friend. Well played Rachael :)

Absolutely superb location, away from the busy strip, with beautiful views of lions head and perfect sunsets. Rachel is an incredible host, friendly and easy going. Rachel provided great advice on things to do, restaurants, walks, shopping, tours etc. I was travelling alone, felt really safe and had a wonderful time in Cape Town. Would definitely stay with Rachel on my next trip.
