Great place to stay while in Seattle. Rebecca is helpful and provided great suggestions on local restaurants.

The place is decent but travelers should be aware that it’s not an “entire place” but rather a private room converted to a studio. The only temperature control is a 12in space heater/fan. The towels smelled of mold when used. We were also only provided tilex and hand soap for cle…

Response from Rebecca:
Kenna - I am sorry your stay was disappointing, I work really hard to accommodate my guests, but I am confused about your review. You left my studio in a horrible mess: shards of broken plates on the floor, powered sugar smeared into the couch, a film of dried milk covering the whole kitchen countertop, a broken bottle of hot sauce leaking all over refrigerator. This was particularly upsetting because, as you note, the studio is in my family home. (My profile clearly states this, twice: "You are staying in the lower portion of our family home." "The small studio is located at garden-level in our mid-century family home.") Why didn't you just ask for refreshed towels and different cleaning supplies? I know you were comfortable contacting me; on the second day of your stay you texted me because you got lost looking for the light rail. I was happy to give you step by step directions so you could orient yourself. I don't know why you did this to my home, and now I really don't understand why you've left this misleading review. I just hope you don't do this to someone else's Airbnb.

Cute studio in a great location! Quiet, nice neighborhood that feels removed but is still very near conveniently located grocery stores, breweries, and restaurants. Perfect for a short trip or a longer stay!

This Unit was close to the Light Rail, was very clean, and the accommodations were top shelve. Would recommend it to Seattle Travelers.

Loved staying at Rebecca’s cute little studio. It’s the perfect size for one person or, like someone else said, a really intimate couple. The house is located in such a pleasant and quiet neighborhood with a grocery store and light rail stop only two blocks away. Check-in was eas…

This apartment was exactly what I needed for my 6-week medical school rotation at the Puget Sound VA. All the amenities I needed and I felt right at home. Walking distance to some great restaurants, the grocery store, and public transportation. And the bed was very comfortable!

I work in philanthropy, real estate, and am also a poet (an odd combination indeed), so I care about how space functions and feels, and about books (especially ones with poems). Our little Airbnb is filled with vintage and modern things I find useful and beautiful; I hope you exp…
