Read reviews (if this gets posted) Photos can be deceiving.

So sorry to hear that you felt that the photos of the Family Room did no accurately reflect the accommodation and that it was smaller than expected. We did use a professional photographer to take nice photos, but were careful to make sure that no misleading angles or camera tricks were used to make the place look different from the reality, and the room is 32 ft long by 14 ft wide, so that really seems to us to be quite a large space. Perhaps you found the term "Family Room" misleading?

Pros: Can comfortably sleep 10 people because there are 2 double beds, and 2 double bunk beds, along with sofa beds included. Pros: Extremely fast communication, and check-in and check-out process Cons: I think price can be made more competitive given the room has Budget to Basic accomodations.

The location is very awesome, quite and you really feel the baguio nature. The owner is also very generous and the in-house personnel are very approachable. It's great place! I will be back again to this place when I come to Baguio. Thank you so much Ma'am Lilia, Ella and Alice.

It was a good location. Nice place. Simple, cozy and quiet. The bathroom especially the shower area is just really tight.

Thank you Ma'am Marian, glad you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for your feedback. We did have some space constraints in building the bathrooms, we felt that it was important to have two bathrooms in view of the size and sleeping capacity of the Family Room, and also that it was better to have a shower with heater in each bathroom as well as the toilet and washbasin. Removing the shower partitions would make the shower area a little more spacious, perhaps we can consider replacing them with shower curtains. On the other hand, we might then have an issue with water from the shower stall spilling over the whole bathroom floor. Anyhow, we will take a look and bear your suggestion in mind.

Place was great! Gave such a "homey feely" vibe. It was also spacious. No electricfan or aircon tho, but you won't need it because of the cold weather. Would definitely go back!

We spent our new year's eve in this lovely place. Great view of mountains, pine trees, and part of the city with matching fireworks. Love the smell of the pine wood of the room.
