Great house for a family holiday, the kids loved it (the playroom and trampoline were fabulous) and adults too with a very comfortable lounge and great kitchen. Megan was very helpful and a great communicator. A+

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family holiday. There was so much for our children to do at the house while the adults got to enjoy the luxuries that the house has got to offer. We loved staying at Megan and Duane's lovely home. From David

I booked the Beach House for my parents, brother, sister in law and 3 nephews to spend a long weekend for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Sadly we weren't there, but they asked us to post this review! The beach house was absolutely perfect to our requirements. We loved the location, the privacy and the layout. The position of the master bedroom at one end with living/dining areas between it and the other bedrooms, with the playroom at the opposite end of the house, plus a bit of consideration from the rest of the family, gave us a lovely restful anniversary break. Our (master) bedroom was beautiful, spacious and coloured midnight blue and behind the huge (very comfortable) bed was the most beautiful picture of a wooden jetty over water, which when lit up at night was incredible - I can't believe we never took a photograph. It was quite the best bedroom in all our 50 years, and that includes 5star Hyatts. And I think everyone else was equally comfortable if not in such spectacular surroundings. All the beds were large and comfortable, including the bunks. Bed linen was high quality. We loved the two large paintings by a local artist in the living area. Dunebreak was nicely and comfortably furnished, with everything you could possibly need in the way of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc and it was all of a high quality. The children's playroom had a wide selection of games. Robbie loved the black and white boards and we have to confess one of the markers he found seemed to be indelible, not helped by his trying to wash it off - so apologies for that. Everyone enjoyed the big screens. All in all a perfect holiday - I just wish we'd booked a week, especially as the weather was so good the last couple of days. And it was helped by the lovely welcome we received, adults and children, not forgetting the lovely bottle of sparkling wine which set us off to a great weekend. Our thanks to Megan and Duane for a very memorable 50th anniversary.

A perfect family friendly house in a wonderful and peaceful location. The extras such as the cot, toys, trampoline, spa, outdoor shower, chocolates and even a bottle of wine were very much appreciated and loved by all. It was the most perfect house for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. We are already planning our return visit. We couldn't fault the place! Many thanks to Megan and Duane.

We were eight family members in our 70's for catch up time and all were etremely impressed with house and contents. Great first impression of how clean it was and the amenities was great. Comfortable beds, couches and three separate living areas (one set up especially for kids) Couldn't recommend Dunebreak highly enough - we will be back!

We loved our time here! Well equipped kitchen and great outdoor areas. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room. They even have a play room set up for kids with toys, games and DVD's which the kids (and adults) loved. Megan and Duane were fantastic hosts!
