Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to all the activities the Peninsula has to offer, our spacious and modern haven has plenty to offer for kids and adults alike.
Our beloved "Dunebreak" is perfect for golf weekends, girls’ weekends, surfing weekends and family holidays (accommodates 2 families easily). It is located only minutes from popular surf beaches (including Gunnamatta, Rye back beach and beautiful St Andrews beach) and the renowned St Andrews Beach golf course. It is also a stone's throw to the Peninsula Hot Springs and local wineries.
The house is spacious and has a large fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, stone bench tops and coffee machine. There are three living areas inside (including kids' games room with Playstation 4) and an extensive private deck for easy and relaxed holiday living.
The house sleeps up to 10, with 2 king sized beds (one can be configured as two long singles), a queen sized bed and two rooms each with king single bunks. 2 additional king single beds are available on request, as is a cot. All bed linen and towels are provided.
There are 2 bathrooms (one with 2 person spa) and an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand after a day at the beach.
There is also a large laundry with washing machine and dryer (and a large clothesline with excellent sea breeze for drying clothes!).
Other features include:
Fully fenced yard
Double lockup garage
Basic supplies of tea, coffee and condiments to get you started
