This is our family home, so we would ask that you respect it as much as you would want someone else to respect your home.
This is a residential building, so no loud music - there are plenty of bars and clubs around for that.
We have children so absolutely no smoking please - even on the balcony.
We are an Irish/English family that have lived in Berlin for 8 years, having moved from the UK. We have 2 children and in our free time we enjoy relaxing, exploring our city and the great outdoors as well as the endless choices of cafes and restaurants.
