Spacious ground floor flat located in a centric neighbourhood surrounded by green areas, shopping centres, and leisure zones.
The flat consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/2 single beds), bathroom, kitchen and living room. Swimming pool included which is open only in summer.
It is a comfortable and nice apartment suitable for 4 people, located in The Brillante Avenue. It is near city centre (15 minutes approx. on foot) and it is placed in a calm neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and places of interest.
The apartment consist of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen has all you may need such as microwave, hob, oven, fridge and toaster. It also has the necessary tableware.
The living room is comfortable and spacious. It has an area to rest, in which you can find two sofas, TV led 40´´ with chromecast installed, an speaker bluetooth and air conditioning and other area where you can have lunch, dinner, etc.
One of the bedrooms has two individual beds (90cm) and a nice wardrobe. The other bedroom has a double bed (135 cm), spacious wardrobe and air conditioning . Both bedrooms are very bright.
The bathroom has all the necessary: towels, shampoo, shower gel, first-aid kit, etc.
The apartment has been recently redecorated by us to offer a nice stay to our guests, which is our main purpose. We will be always willing to help you to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Finally, the apartment has been registered in the Tourism Registry of Andalusia, as it is established in the Royal Decree 28/ 2016 of February 2nd, this means that the apartment has certain welfare rules for the guest.
This residential area has a swimming pool which can be used only by neighbours. It is only open in summer. You can go there as long as you follow the coexistence rules and those related to the timetable.
The apartament has own Internet connection (Fiber Optic 30Mb).
Interaction with guests
As hosts, we will be always willing to help our guests, to provide them with whatever they need. We will give them all the information they may need to visit the city ( good restaurants, places to see, pubs, etc.)
Other things to note
The apartment is cleaned every time it has new guests. In case of long stays, we will change the towels and bed sheets weekly.
The neighbourhood is calm, so there is usually car park near the apartment.
The entry hour is from 13.30.
The exit hour is before 11.30.
The end of the swimming pool period is from 11/09/ 2016.
Soy una persona que disfruta cuando los demás están a gusto. Adoro la gastronomía, y más que cocinar, comer; por eso trato de equilibrarlo con el deporte :).
La inquietud por los proyectos emprendedores es algo que también se ve reflejado en mi personalidad, siendo una persona muy activa que está en continuo aprendizaje.
Como huésped me gusta mucho encontrarme en el destino con todo aquello que he contratado, sin variaciones, y por supuesto tener el apoyo del anfitrión para exprimir mi viaje lo máximo posible. No olvido dejar el alojamiento en las mejor situación posible, al igual que me gustaría que dejaran mi casa.
Para mí un anfitrión ideal es aquel que es transparente, explica al detalle las características y los servicios de su alojamiento y se preocupa por sus huéspedes, tratando de facilitarle el viaje con información de gran valor que sólo una personar que conoce la ciudad les podría dar. Por supuesto la atención y rápida resolución de problemas es algo muy valorado en el perfecto anfitrión.
