Excellent place. Clean an cozy. Olivier left us a bottle of wine and made sure we would feel home. He was always kind and quickly replied to our question. It was my second time in this place and it probably won't be the last one!

Our trip in Paris was simply perfect. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to meet Mr Olivier, but he made sure that everything was perfect. We were welcomed by the cleaning lady, which gave us the key. We could leave the luggages in advance, and when back the flat was clean and ready for us. Mr Olivier even left us a very good bottle of wine to welcome us. The flat is very nice, spacious and cozy. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but nice and it was good for us. The neighborhood is nice, there'a a lovely Boulangerie and an amazing place which make lovely burgers and sunday brunch. Metropolitain is very close, this location is perfect to visit the city. We are so happy about our trip to Paris, everything was perfect, we really recommend Mr Olivier's place.

It was lovely meeting Our host ,what a surprise when we were actually greeted at the entrance to the property. The apartment was just fine, close to metro, grocery store, patisserie, & restaurants. As there were two adults & two teenagers in our party, it was cramped for the four of us, perfect for two people. We appreciated everything that was left at our disposal during our stay Merci !

We had a wonderful time in Paris which commenced with Olivier meeting us at the station as we had got lost trying to find the apartment. The apartment is as described and is indeed charming. Olivier took time to show us how to use the cooker, the radio and the TV and said we could make use of the dishwasher and washing machine. He provided us with a welcome gift - much appreciated after our trip to the tennis on the Saturday. The area was great - close to the Gare du Nord, the metro, Sacre Coeur, lovely boulangeries and a supermarket - what more could we ask for? I would definitely recommend Olivier's apartment - there were four of us (all adults) and it was absolutely fine. Many thanks Olivier - you are a wonderful host! Thank you also for allowing us to check out in the afternoon - it meant we could spend most of our last day sightseeing.

A very cosy and clean appartement in a nice building. Everything was available: Fresh sheets and fresh towels, good beds (also the air bed was very comfortable). We were welcomed by the "gardien" and did not experience any problems. In case of questions, there was always a quick response! Thank you very much for the nice stay
