This was the third room I’ve stayed in at Roben’s. As always she was a wonderful host. This room had the most beautiful view of the sunset! The house was very peaceful and quiet and Roben and her family were all very kind. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hye, Thank you for your review. It sounds like there were several misunderstandings. The house rules stating quiet times are on the AIRBNB listing and are thus agreed to when someone makes a reservation. A person can choose if they want to stay in a place or not, based on the rules listed in AIRBNB, but rules are not superimposed after the fact. Most people choose to stay here because it is quiet and it becomes unfair to them when someone stays who doesn't keep those same hours quiet. However, anyone can make calls downstairs where they don't keep others awake. The list I gave you when you first came is an information sheet about how the household works, with laundry hours, etc. and is intended to be helpful to guests. Other guests have asked to have everything written down and appreciated it when I created a reference page. I'm sorry you were too warm and wish you had told me earlier that you were hot in your room. I thought we had resolved that issue by opening the room vent to its full capacity. A light breakfast was made available to you the entire time on the community shelf, but you didn't want instant oatmeal or dried cereal. I no longer mention the breakfast because I would rather people not have expectations of having more than is provided. Regarding the bathroom, guests normally clean up after themselves and take a turn cleaning once in awhile. I also deep clean if I'm aware cleaning is needed. I agree with you that after having two girls in one room, we all knew that was too many Thankfully it was only for a week and I will not have two guests in a room again. :) Thank you for your feedback, and I wish you well in your new career.
