We are a family of two adults and three children and stayed there in April. It's a big house, with lots of natural light and a beautiful roof terrace. It might not be very suitable for elderly people or very small children, due to many and very steep stairs, but that's quite usual in Amsterdam. City centre is at walking distance, 10 min to Museumplein, 3 min to tram stop. It's a quiet neibourhood, with some nice restaurants. The communication with the host was easy and fast before and during our stay and we felt very welcome at our arrival. We would stay there again if we go back to Amsterdam.
I spent Christmas in this beautiful house with my family. We had a wonderful time and Enrico & Sofia were perfect hosts, Easy to communicate with and flexible, as we had delayed flights both there and back. The house is very spacious with large rooms, 2 balconies and a roof terrace. The location was ideal, in a beautiful area just a short walk to Vondel Park and a short tram journey to Dam Square and Central Station (tram stop 2 min walk away). It was the perfect home away from home, and we can't wait to go back!
Wonderful property! Enrico was very punctual when dealing online with us. He had his partner Ingrid meet us at the house where she gave great instructions for the house and all of its amenities. They also had some welcoming gifts for us that we were very pleased with. The house is quite spacious for Amsterdam. It's located on the 2nd and 3rd floor with an amazing roof top patio in a quiet central location. (Museum Quarter) Large windows, great kitchen and excellent wifi. I would definitely recommend this place.
