Very nice apartment, central but very quiet in a side street. Nice kitchen and comfortable living room- Close to tram/bus. Would certainly stay in this apartment again.

Ewa was a wonderful host, very patient and always available. The apartment is well equipped, very clean. The location is great, very quiet and safe and near restaurants, supermarkets...very easy to get there by tram or bus.

We had a very nice stay in Ewa's apartment. She was helpful in arranging our arrival and providing the necessary amenities for our little daughter. As accurately described :) the apartment is 5 min away from the great park Lazienki and block away from a main street with public transports, restaurants and a shopping center. Just one caveat would be the 3rd room that is located in the living room and "closed" by a curtain. Overall the apartment is big and comfortable in a quite location still close to city center and I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Warsaw :) Thank you Ewa!

We, a family of 2 adults, 5 kids and a baby, have stayed at Ewa's place for about 2 months and we really enjoyed it! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Lazienki Parc (Chopin concerts on Sundays that you can hear from the apartment!) and Plac Unii, where you can found a grocery store (Supersam) and some good and trendy shopping stores (Massimo Duti, Pandora, H&M, Zara,...). To go downtown (Stare Miasto) you just take the tram (at Plac Unii) for a 10 minutes ride direct (or a 1 hour walk). Very cheap (3.40 zlotys) and you can find a ticket machine across the street of the tram stop (Marszalkowska). Metro station Politechnika is about 12 minutes walk. If you have a car, you can park free in front of the apartment from 8pm until 8am and during weekends. You can also walk to Plac Zbawiciela (12 minutes) where you can find nice restaurants and pubs for a drink or a coffee and a very good wibe. Try TukTuk for some great thai food! And for a nice and cheap polish meal (15 zlotys), we loved Prasowy on Marszalkowska. For a good coffee, Caffe Nero (roundabout at Plac Unii) was our place. There is also a nice little coffee place on Bagatella street (podWieczorki poRanki) where the owner is very welcoming and you can play some games (you have to understand polish tough!). The nicest ice cream place was about 14 minutes walk from the apartment, at Marszalkowska 43. Real vanilla and raspberries ice cream, a real delight for 4 zlotys! Ewa was available throughout our stay if we needed anything and is very kind. We needed a highchair for our baby and it was there at our arrival. The apartment itself is in a very quiet street. There is an elevator but it is not suitable for someone in a wheelchair as you have to climb about 4 steps to reach the elevator. We struggled a few times with our stroller but it is manageable. We were there in August and at some times it gets quite hot, so having a fan would be a little plus to the apartment ;) We were a family of 8 and we could have sleep 2 more people (we didn't use the sofa-sleeper). The apartment was very clean, nothing to say about that. But there is a lot of stuff (in dressing rooms, on shelves, in kitchen cabinets) that could be sorted out in order to better feel the space. If you stay only a few nights, it won't probably bother you but we were there for a longer period so we would have appreciated not to have all this stuff around. The only point that could be improved is the kitchen. It is fully functional but a refurbishment is needed soon. Some kitchen cabinets were broken, the kettle is due to be replaced, the counter is worn and there is no microwave. Once again you won't probably bother for...

Serdecznie zapraszam do mojego domu.
