We ejoyed our stay very much. There is a great view from the villa over the Cala San Vicent. The enviroment is very quiet. The villa was very clean and Wim was always available.

Thanks for the advice, hope by next time we got that Balinese chill-out bed on the Yoga terraces, to sleep outside with the murmur of the sea as back ground and the moon as your only light but this time "bug free" with a mosquito net on top. :-)

It was a gem the location & the view , myself husband & baby of 21 months loved it ! Especially the yoga section. For morning breakfasts ... we hope to return.. we didn't realise the Jacuzzi was cold water so maybe make that clear in the add.. we still enjoyed it in the day time when the weather was hot. Wim was a great host also .

The location is incredible both for the views and the nearby beach. The Cala is a smaller, more private beach with a great restaurant and good cocktail bar. The outside of the house is also great. The inside on the other hand is okay and a bit claustrophobic. I would recommend it for several singles or couples who don't mind cramped quarters and kitchen. The picture from the living room to the outside deck is misleading - there are gates in front of them so there is not a real opening from inside to outside. Overall it is a great place to stay and since you're generally not inside often when in Ibiza, i recommend it. Note, no internet / wifi and many house rules compared to other villas.

Some of our well-known neighbours include Rock start Campino, TV star "Atze schröder", two well-known ministers of Spain and a famous German architect who has opened the doors of his minimalistic villa to photographer Conrad White “Temple in the sun”. Wim svarade snabbt och vi kunde boka boendet inom en timme och få kontakt och bekräftelse av Wim att vi kan checka in inom några timmar då huset skulle städas och göras i ordning för rätt antal gäster etc, obeskrivlig fin utsikt, stort bar och bubbelpoolen funkar. Huset ligger i ett väldigt lugnt och fint område uppe på ett berg bland flera andra fina hus. Längst ner finns det en väldigt fin strand med båtuthyrning, ett par restauranger och små butiker. I huset finns precis allting vad man kan behöva och tänka sig. Det bästa med huset är utsikten, terrassen och närliggande territorium. Rekommenderas starkt!
