Kona Magic Sands Unit 311 is directly ocean front on the top floor with an actual lanai for outdoor dining. Most of the other units in the complex have no true outdoor lanai. We've got a fully stocked kitchen and a super comfortable Queen bed with a memory foam topper. We provide tons of beach gear to use right next door at Magic Sands Beach! WIFI and Netflix too!

Our unit is one of the few in the Kona Magic Sands complex with an ACTUAL OUTDOOR LANAI. We are located about 2-3 miles from the hub of Kailua-Kona, oceanfront, on the top floor for the best views. There is an on-site pool, 2 bbq's, newly remodeled coin-op laundry downstairs, and one complimentary assigned parking spot. The complex is situated between Magic Sands Beach on one side, and a park on the other. Our kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in or make a tropical drink while enjoying the sunsets. The queen sized mattress with memory foam topper is situated right by the private lanai so you can enjoy the sunrise from bed! The sofa has a queen sized memory foam mattress as well. Beach equipment is provided for your use: Umbrella, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, extra large beach towels and picnic blankets.
We offer free Netflix on our 55" new TV, free WIFI, and stock a host of books and DVD's. Binoculars (2 pairs) are available to whale watch from the lanai. Travel books to help you get around the island are available for you as well, but make sure to return them for the next guest!

I will send Arrival Instructions with the door code and HOA Rules approximately one week prior to your stay. Signature of acceptance of Rules needs to be received prior to your arrival.
