This was an amazing place to stay. It is super close to subway entrances and Times Square. Hell’s Kitchen is a great area. There was more than enough room for myself and a friend to stay. Brandon is a wonderful host and was available whenever we needed. This was my first experience with Airbnb and Brandon and his apartment really made me feel comfortable in NYC.

Absolutely loved staying here! The location is awesome, close to great restaurants, bars, metro, Times Square, grocery store, etc. Brandon accommodated our last minute request and was very flexible with check in check out times. He personally met us and showed us around. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We are extremely happy with our stay at Brandon's place. The apartment was very clean, organized and neat. Brandon provides more amenities than we were expecting. The location is also very nice, with a grocery store directly across the street and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Brandon was also very prompt and courteous at check-in. The only caution I could give is that the apartment building doesn't appear to have an elevator, so if someone were handicapped then this wouldn't be the place for them.

Brandon rocks. The location was extremely convenient, he had so many clean TOWELS, great cable, tons of K cups. He even carried my bag up the 5 flights of stairs which I thought was super cool.

Brandon's place is awesome! He's a great host and was very accommodating with my hectic schedule. His place is in a great location with east access to the E train (great if you're taking the train to or from JFK). Everything looked just like the photos and the space was extremely comfortable. I'll definitely be checking back to see if this is available next time I'm in town.

Brandon's studio apartment is perfect for one person or a couple whose business and/or recreational activities are centered in the Times Square/Midtown Manhattan environs. The flat is in fine working order and is lovingly appointed and extremely well maintained. Even as it features the kind of special touches one associates with a well-run boutique hotel, it feels like a real home. It is a fifth floor walk-up, which I found advantageous from an exercise fitness point of view, but which might make it more difficult for some. The block and neighborhood are lovely. The theater district and all of the Times Square razzamatazz are just a few minutes walk away, but 9th and 10th Avenue (and this block of 43rd) offer a quite diverse and appealing restaurant and bar culture of their own. The legendary jazz club Birdland is just a block and a half away. Yet for all of that the block feels comfortably residential and very neighborly. Brandon himself is a most congenial host. I very much look forward to visiting again.

I'm a writer who loves trying cool new restaurants, ordering great food on Seamless, exploring the city, and seeing Broadway shows with friends, so my location is ideal. I take a lot of pride in my home and I know you'll enjoy your stay!
