A cozy house located in the medieval village of Vinci, a stone's throw away from the ancient castle, the Leonardo da Vinci museum and his famous birthplace. The ideal accommodation to discover Vinci, Florence and the surroundings: warm and welcoming atmosphere, wide spaces, pleasant and silent area surrounded by the typical Tuscany hills.

The space
The house is owned by my family and was once inhabited by my grandparents.
It has very large and luminous spaces and it is structured on three levels:

-a kitchen / living room with TV and amenities at the ground floor;
-two double bedrooms (one with a balcony which offers a charming view on the ancient castle), two single bedrooms, a bathroom and a study room at the first floor;
-a habitable attic with private bathroom at the third floor.

The house has been recently repainted and renewed in terms of furniture, without losing that charming Tuscany style which is its added value.

Guest access
The house includes a garage to which guests will not have access, if not on request for using the laundry (shared with my grandparents).
The other spaces are freely accessible.

Other things to note
It would be nice not to smoke in the bedrooms. You're allowed to smoke in the kitchen/living room at the ground floor and on the balcony at the first floor.

At the time of check-in it will be required to pay the tourist tax which amounts to € 0.50 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt from payment.

I would like to know the time of your arrival during the reservation phase, so that I can organise me for the check-in.

The house is really a step away from the historical centre of Vinci (where you can visit the castle, the Leonardo da Vinci museum and his famous library) and a 30-minute green walk from his historical birthplace .
One side of the house faces the street, but the traffic is relatively low and the neighborhood is quiet overall.
Moreover, the numerous green paths that characterize the area offer delightful walks and picnics for all nature lovers.
