Linda's place was perfect for us. It was a great location, easy to get to and in close proximity to everything while also having a local neighbourhood feel. Check in was easy, and the apartment was very clean. It is well-equipped and we especially appreciated the fans during the …

Dear Susan Thank you for taking the time to right a review. Typically when you decide to stay in the historical centre of a city there is noise as Italians make lots of noise they are lively and like to have fun. An alternative is to stay in the country side where you are in a remote area probably what your used to coming from NZ. Or another alternative is to stay at a Hotel with double glazed windows that are very expensive where you pay around 800 Euro per night. I only have rave reviews about the comforts in my apartment. I am not sure what you mean by squeaky fold out bed it is brand new and very comfortable. As for cluttered if 5 people decide to stay in a 50m2 apartment you typically will not have much space although you will save loads of money! and it seems to me you are definitely the type of person who should not stay in an apartment. New time you visit Florence I can arrange a much better alternative although it will cost you about 500 Euro more per night.
