Lovely old cottage in a good location for exploring the nearby cornish beaches. We had a great week. Hannah was very helpful whenever we needed anything. We had an issue with some damp in the cottage which will hopefully be sorted soon.

Great cottage in a lovely quiet village. Very clean and tidy and great for a week for two families (4 adults 2 children). Lovely big sofa for relaxing in the evening. Village pub nice and in a great location for getting around Wadebridge, Padstow and further afield. Nice communal kitchen dining area for evenings in. Weather wasn't great for our week so didn't use the outside space but nice little outside dining BBQ area. Cosy proper cottage; Bright and light early in the morning and very cosy in the evenings. Great week had by all.

Well located quiet spacious cottage with great facilities and close driving distance for Bodmin, Padstow and the Eden Project. Easy to get to with a good local post office/store and pub within walking distance

Delightful, cosy family cottage with excellent facilities (separate bathroom and shower room, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), comfy beds and spacious living areas. We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 young children/toddlers, and it was perfect for us. Parking for two cars. St Mabyn has a great pub and a cider farm, also a small but well-stocked shop (open to 7pm). Easy access (via some narrow lanes) to nearby towns and beaches, with Rock/Padstow about 20mins in the car, and Bodmin for supermarkets/petrol/ATM. We did a large Sainsburys delivery on our first day which arrived no problem. Lovely nearby towns were Port Isaac and Padstow, with great beaches at Rock, Padstow, Polzeath and especially Perrenporth. We did a day trip down to Lands End and spent a couple of happy hours at beautiful Sennen Cove, with its glorious beach. We had a bit of a washout week so missed some things on our list: antiques at Lostwithiel, castles at Tintagel, pick your own fruit and working farms, and of course Eden Project. Handy tip: Nearest recyling point for St Mabyn is Sainsburys Bodmin, the area is otherwise very lacking in recycling facilities!

Lovely home; excellent location for Padstow and surroundings, clean and tidy, and pleasant to spend both evenings and the odd rainy day in. Thoroughly recommended.

Loved how close the cottage is to all the beautiful beaches and villages of North Cornwall. Lovely sitting room for family and comfortably sleeps 6. The pub in the village is great for food (epic Fish and Chips!). Good value for money! Thanks Hannah!

Great location for a relaxing getaway. We found great beaches nearby and loads of interesting places to visit. Found Haywood Farm minutes away selling home produced ciders and honey; a good find. Cottage was really clean and comfortable and really well equipped. Local pub served very good food and only 5 minutes walk away , as was the little village shop. Parking was fine, large space outside house. Kitchen had loads of crockery, pans, etc so good if you want to cook at home. Would recommend this house and location.
