You can go to the old town of Dubrovnik by bus (10 mins). There is no fridge in the room, nor is there cutlery. Really friendly people, but hard to communicate because of their English.

Didn't meet Milijenko himself but the couple who lived there were very sweet and despite their limited English and our very limited Croatian, they helped us out as best the could with directions etc. Decent location with nice views. Room basic with no amenities but adequate.

This is a basic room with an OK location. Good to know the owners are not very involved which means you dont get that nice touch you would get from renting from a host that wants to do this, its a revenue stream for them.

Clean place and good location to one of the ports. Close to restaurants. Hosts were nice and hospitable, however, very limited with English. From other reviews we saw, it helped with with getting to their location. The address that is listed leads to the road of the Airbnb and not home. due to the home being on a hill (all homes there are) the street address is where you park the car and you will need to walk the stairs/steps to the front door. The steps are close to the front door, so it is no problem. Without reading other reviews, we would not have known and been lost. Also, messaging responses were slightly delayed. Agrees with previous reviews that I don't think we were communicating directly with the host but someone else helping them. Other than these times, we had a good stay and no problems at all!

Milijenko's parents were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is not that easy to find, since the given street is just a "staircase", cannot be reached by cars. But the locals were very friendly so in the end we found the apartment. The old city is easily accessible by public transport. We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik.

The listing doesn't explain that the street in the address isn't an actual street but stairs. For those reasons it took us more than an hour to find the house and its parking. Miljenko messaged me the directions through Airbnb after I called him (from roaming, spending $10) that night not being able to find the house, walking around the neighborhood with our 15 month old in my hands while my husband drove around in efforts to park the car. Even then I wasn't able to see them because I had no data. Luckily I finally met a neighbor who took me to the house. Also, looks like Miljenko isn't the hosts' son, but an agent that runs the booking activities for them for a fee. Otherwise the hosts were very nice elderly people who take an awesome care maintaining the house.
