Another jewel in our luxury collection. Without a doubt, one of the most prestigious addresses in Steamboat, all within a few minute walk to the mountain. Nestled right off Eagle Ridge Drive, Chadwick Estates has been well known for exceptional craftsmanship, luxury settings, great amenities, expansive views and great privacy. This elegant home displays three spacious levels, with massive vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. Starting with the main level it hosts the amazing gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. Complete with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, huge gas stove, and the kitchen island even has a warming drawer. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the group. The solid wood dining table seats eight comfortably with additional seating in the island area, ideal for the whole group to enjoy each other’s company during each meal. The main level living room has beautiful leather chairs and two couches, plenty of seating to relax in front of the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Take a stroll out to the deck with beautiful south valley views of the Flat Top Mountains. The large gas grill is located on this deck too, the plush patio furniture will leave you never wanting to get up. Stroll into the main Master Bedroom with a large king ked, another fireplace, complete with luxury bedding. There is a second door to go out on the deck from here too. The huge master bathroom complete with jetted tub, double vanity sinks, and glass enclosed steam shower.


Upstairs on the top floor the landing overlooks the main floor living room, and has vaulted ceilings also. The landing provides additional plush seating, a sleeper sofa, and an office area complete with whole house wireless Wi-Fi. The sitting area is perfect for a good book and some relaxation time. Just past the loft is the Second Master Suite with a large king ked, a cozy built-in daybed and a full attached bathroom. The other side of the landing on this level brings you to the Third Master Suite with a king bed, full attached bathroom, and a little balcony.


Now for the bottom level. The second living area is very cozy and comfortable. The huge sectional couch is so inviting. The gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and full wet bar make this room the gathering spot for the home. There is a table and chairs next to a large entertainment center with a ping pong table, perfect for game nights. The powder room is right off the living area, and the large laundry room around the corner from it. Outside on the lower large deck, you will hear the beautiful sound of the creek, have plush patio furniture with fire pit, and the large private hot tub. The Bunk Room has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom. The Fourth Master Suite is on this level and has a king bed, full bathroom and a lower level deck access door.

The complex has a heated pool, hot tub and fitness, right across from the unit, as amenities. There is an optional on-call winter shuttle that will take you to the ski area, downtown or grocery store. If you would like to enjoy a luxury vacation in a true mountain setting, then this is the home for you.

* Reservations are for quiet residential vacation accommodations only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, and similar events are strictly prohibited. No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the house are allowed on or in the rental property at any time unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.

* The number of adults and children staying at the rental must be listed below. If the number of the guests in your group changes, this must be communicated in writing to (URL HIDDEN) Additional guests beyond those identified at the time of booking are not permitted and will result in an additional fee of $100 per person/per night. (URL HIDDEN) does not verbally confirm additional guests. Additional guests must be approved by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.
* Guest`s reservation is accepted for one family or group of individuals for this accommodation only and, unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) will not be used in combination with other accommodations.
* Quiet hours are from 8pm until 8am. Guest`s use of the rental is subject to local noise ordinances, therefore loud amplified music is not allowed. Noise complaints are subject to local law enforcement intervention. Law enforcement intervention will be deemed by (URL HIDDEN) to be a breach of this Agreement and shall authorize termination of Guest occupancy of the rental.

* The rental shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. * Guest may not sublet the unit or assign this Agreement.

* Guest may cook only in areas specifically designated for cooking in the unit.

* Guest must immediately notify (URL HIDDEN) of any fire or other damage or injury to the rental or any person on the rental property.
* Guest shall be liable for all acts of his family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited or allowed onto the rental property by Guest.

* Guest shall be responsible to return all keys and gate or garage door openers upon departure. Lost keys or garage door openers will be charged to the Guest, usually $50 per room key and $50 per pool key.

* Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner and the Homeowners Association as provided to Guest upon check-in.
* Guest shall not bring any pets into the rental or onto the rental property.
* Guest understands that (URL HIDDEN) cannot and does not guarantee that adjacent properties will be free from disturbances or not be under construction, being repaired or maintained in any way, or that State construction projects will not be in progress around the rental unit. Construction on adjacent or nearby properties is not a valid reason for termination of this agreement nor is it a reason for the refund of any monies to Guest.

* Non Smoking Properties: Colorado is now a non smoking state. All condos are non-smoking inside and outside. You are only able to smoke at least 15 feet away from any door or window opening. If there is any evidence of smoking, you are responsible for all additional expenses for the restoration of the property.

* Lost or Stolen Items: (URL HIDDEN) is not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. Always lock all of the doors and windows when you leave the property (even if you are not on the ground floor).

Our group of 11 was very comfortable at the Chadwick Chalet. Ample space for everybody and a fantastic kitchen that we utilized each night for meals. We used the shuttle service from Retretia which greatly helped with everybody's different schedules for skiing. It is not in walking distance to the slopes but those shuttles really make life convenient as it is just a few minutes by car. Every aspect of the house is upgraded, from the bedding to the showers to the TV systems. We loved it so much that we plan to come back next year!
