Honestly a home away from home! The house has everything you could possibly need, the room is huge and comfortable, and the yard outside is very relaxing! Observatory is a great neighbourhood with access to everything you need. I've been with Jacqui for almost 3 months now and it…

Jacqui's home was a pleasure to stay in. Well behaved pets and homely atmosphere. This home is walking distance from bars and cafés, but secluded enough to ensure a good night rest.

Bedding was either used or not ioned. Martras had blood stains on showing through linen. No coffee available and couldnt get to work. The deck is not a deck and place is in bad state, sorry to say.

Response from Jacqui:
Wow Pieter, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Your concerns re linen and the mattress are unfounded as the mattress is brand new and the linen was washed and placed on the bed by myself personally. I agree that having coffee available in your own room may have been more helpful to you. Perhaps you and I were just not a good match for each other.

Jacqui is hands down the best host in Cape Town. She is open and welcoming and helped me settle into the city having never been to Cape Town before. The house is in a great location with restaurants and shops and I never felt unsafe. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay at Jacqui! It was very easy to communicate with her and she made us feel at home at her cosy home with its green garden! Unfortunately, she was on holiday herself but with her flatmate Lino we had some good talks and he gave us some advice about the city! And …

I like running on the mountain, paddling on the sea and generally enjoy an outdoor social lifestyle with friends. When not being active I like nothing better than to spend an afternoon in my hammock in the garden with a good book
