Great location, close to the beach and central to all cafes and transport. Flat was clean and provided a Good base.

An amazing location with the beach right there, but being at the back of the units, also very quiet. We didn't use the kitchen facilities really at all but they looked good - we just loved all the eating out places within walking distance!! Communication was prompt and helpful when needed. Would recommend this place for a couple and 1 kid, of 2 singles.Comfortable bed.

Ben's place was a perfect place to get away. Location wise is strategic close to the city of St Kilda. The house is amazingly cozy with affordable price. I would deinitely recommend to friends and family.
