This is my wonderful apartment in the nice, northern neighbourhood of Copenhagen -'Nørrebro'.
Just nearby are cool bars and restos, and in 15 mins you will be in the center by bike or bus.
I actually live here, and I rent out from time to time to lower my rent.
A super comfortable apartment in the nice copenhagen neighbourhood of Nørrebro - 10 minutes to the center by bike.
The apartment has one bedroom with a futon double bed (140 cm) and a living room en suite with sofa area and dining table, stereo (w/ vinyls) and loads of books. Apart from the bedroom/living room there is another bedroom that I use normally, but if you rent the apartment 4-5 people I can organize this so there will be an additional double bed - for 2-3 people there is plenty of space in the double living room/bedroom that you see on the pictures.
Great kitchen all equipped with big fridge, gas stove and what you need for brewing your pot of coffee in the morning. Feel free to cook your dinner here as well.
There's a washing machine and speedy wifi (100 mBit).
One of the great assets of this apartment is the access to the very nice and big backyard down the back stairs. Read a book in the sun, bring your dinner to one of the tables, or make a barbecue in the summer. For the sporty, a ping-pong table in the yard is good fun!
The area is nice, on the edge between the city and the surroundings. A number of cafés and bars have popped up in recent years in the surrounding streets and there's plenty of the old traditional danish 'brown bars' called 'bodega' as well. Plenty of parks and squares close by, including Copenhagen's biggest (Fælledparken) and the new stretch of Superkilen -The Red Square - Nørrebroparken, one of Copenhagens greatest spots for diverse urban life, architecture/art and green - if you ask me.
There are several supermarkets within 100 meter for your shopping (discount: Fakta and Netto, and quality: Irma), as well as a very convenient kiosk/minimarket in the very same building - two floors under my apartment!
The bus 6A leaves every 5 minutes right in front of the door going to Nørreport and the center (10 mins) as well as Cph Central Station (15-20 mins).
But of course I recommend to rent a bicycle from one of the nearby shops or use the new city bikes (one station just down on Balders Plads behind the apartment) - it's by far the easiest, cheapest and most 'copenhaguenesque' way to get around!
I am so happy to live here, and would be happy to have you in my home while I am away - so welcome!
Unless else is agreed, I prefer that You don't use my bedroom, but use kitchen and the rest and feel at home.
Feel at home - use the kitchen, read a book etc. - but treat it like a home - keep it tidy and don't make too much noise - also regarding my sweet neighbors :)
From Oct 15 - Nov 30, 2017 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
