You can look down and check the beach before you go down for your swim, or check to see if the ferry is coming round the point - time to leave for the terminal.

2 level townhouse set in a low rise complex of just 19 over 3 levels.
Ours is at top level with wonderful views straight out to the harbour, and gets the sun in both directions. Most people know these ones with the gorgeous gardens down to the walkway.
The front entrance is at street level and has a well cared for garden to welcome you.
This is our home and designed for comfortable and easy living.
Downstairs is a classically styled entrance hall featuring nautical antique fittings. The stairs lead up to living area with spectacular harbour views.
The gracious lounge leads to the terrace and harbour views. Outdoor settings give you ample space to enjoy the panoramic views.
A large stone dining table with seating for 6 - 8 allows you to enjoy blue days or tranquil evenings for outdoor dining.
A glass topped round table is positioned at the front of the terrace and here you can have an intimate dinner or simply enjoy your evening cocktail, and watch the passersby below. These have be some of the best views in the world.
The lounge room has 2 comfortable sofas and 2 lounge chairs, and a big coffee table, where you can enjoy television and the views. Antique and modern blend. TV, high-speed internet.
Adjoining is the dining area with views in both directions. The table has seating for 6 people, but you can do 8.
There is a small Regency desk with views looking up the harbour through 2 side windows.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, blender, Nespresso, dishwasher and all crockery and cookware. Everything works perfectly though we have plans to update. Very sunny views over the garden, and a small terrace with potted herbs.
The single bedroom/study is upstairs with full length windows and views to die for.
The bed is a small divan more suited to a child. Has big drawers underneath, and the wardrobe behind mirrored doors has plenty of storage.
On the glass topped desk is a 27'' iMac PC.
There’s a bathroom with shower, perfect for this bedroom and very convenient for anybody upstairs.
Downstairs is the main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The full wall mirrored wardrobes give a sense of space, and in fact lots of storage.
Sliding doors open to the the garden and lounger where you sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.
The second bedroom has a fold out double sofa bed downstairs. Sliding doors lead to a delightful private courtyard with little wall fountain and greenery. An outdoor table setting means you can enjoy private moments, before wandering up the garden terrace.
There’s a baltic pine desk in the bedroom where you can work if you wish.
This bedroom has use of the large bathroom beside it, with both shower and bath.
There is also the washing machine and dryer on the laundry side.
In the hallway is a good old fashioned hot water cupboard for your towels and linen to be stored and aired.
The townhouse complex is classic older style, full of light, very solidly brick built and very quiet. You will live here very comfortably.
Winter in Sydney has some of the bluest sunniest days of the year. There are locals who swim all year round and you'll see people walking and running early till late.
There is amazing snorkelling in our beaches below us, and for surfing the famous Manly beach at the end of the Corso.
Some of Sydney's best restaurants cafes and small bars are a stroll away.
Ideal if you are renovating or on business for a few months.
Internal steps to the beaches and onto the walkway to Manly, and the ferry. You have street access to the front door, and the entire home terrace and gardens are for your use. Two secured under building carpark with internal access.
Interaction with guests
A family member living close by will be available to help you settle in and provide you guidance on local restaurants and amenities, and any other help you may need, if you require it.
Other things to note
We will have our very friendly cleaning lady in every fortnight to keep everything spick and span. I can include her in the price for longer term stays, but do let me know.
No smoking at all. Superior townhouses, tranquil location, courteous, helpful locals. No parties. Please do be considerate with neighbours. No loud noise post 10 pm and no more than 5 people should stay over night at any time. Apartment to be kept clean and tidy for enjoyable stay.
Excellent local gyms, yoga studios and on paddle boards, tennis courts. Walking and cycling tracks, golf, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding at the doorstep. Sketching, art and design clubs and studios.
