Ours is at top level with wonderful views straight out to the harbour, and gets the sun in both directions. Most people know these ones with the gorgeous gardens down to the walkway.

A large stone dining table with seating for 6 - 8 allows you to enjoy blue days or tranquil evenings for outdoor dining.
A glass topped round table is positioned at the front of the terrace and here you can have an intimate dinner or simply enjoy your evening cocktail, and watch the passersby below. These have be some of the best views in the world.

The lounge room has 2 comfortable sofas and 2 lounge chairs, and a big coffee table, where you can enjoy television and the views. Antique and modern blend. TV, high-speed internet.

Adjoining is the dining area with views in both directions. The table has seating for 6 people, but you can do 8.

In the hallway is a good old fashioned hot water cupboard for your towels and linen to be stored and aired.

The townhouse complex is classic older style, full of light, very solidly brick built and very quiet. You will live here very comfortably.

Winter in Sydney has some of the bluest sunniest days of the year. There are locals who swim all year round and you'll see people walking and running early till late.

We stayed in Erin’s place for almost 2 months after selling our house in Newport. It was a great interim home for our family with an unbeatable location just minutes walk to Manly wharf and with an incredible view across Manly Cove & out to Sydney heads. We never tired of watching the Ferries & other boats on the harbour from the living room & the huge deck, which was great for family dining when it wasn’t windy. Our first impression was that the apartment is quite cluttered & the furniture & appliances are all in need of an update. The kitchen was a little challenging but we adapted. Likewise the beds weren’t the greatest but linen was modern & clean. I think for longer rentals like ours more wardrobe space would be better, especially in the upstairs bedroom which had no available storage. All in all, an enjoyable stay at an affordable price!

Response from Erin:
This is our family friendly home in a world beating location, and exactly as the photos show. It's designed for comfort and easy living right on the water. The bonus is the massive outdoor terrace, double underground secure parking, direct beach access and minutes walking to the ferry.

I stayed with my family at Erin's place for 7 weeks and really enjoyed it! The unit is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a fantastic terrace with an amazing view. Even though we stayed during the winter, we were able to enjoy a few lunches on the terrace. The kitchen is ready for an update, but everything worked perfectly. The house is a pleasant walk away from Manly wharf and the Corso with restaurants and shops. Erin is a very caring and generous host and quick to respond and communicate, even when being overseas. We would love to return!
