A quiet sunny bedroom overlooking garden, clean towels and use of bathroom, kitchen bar, tea and coffee and biscuits always. Twenty minutes walk up from Brighton station, easy to get to beach cafes, and quirky shops of North Laine. Buses at bottom or top of my Street are vey regular.

Free wifi, bathroom, breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a kettle in the room but also you are welcome to use the kettle in the kitchen of course, and there is tea, coffee and milk. I usually have bagels or nice bread for toast , with jam or Nutella! You are welcome to use my microwave to heat things up, use the toaster, and to bring takeaways to eat.

I will be here to welcome guests, and have lived in Brighton for 20 years, so can give insider knowledge on the best places to see and things to do, and how to do things. I am pretty friendly and easy going, so come and go as you want.
Other things to note
I have two little cats - they spend most of their time in my room on the bed unless they are hungry! They are not allowed in your room!
Cafes and grocery shops walking distance from my house. Town is a 15 minute walk down the hill and along the side of The Level, a park.
Towels and linen provided , cups in kitchen and crockery and glasses in the I will put stuff out for you on the side in the kitchen . It is a non smoking house.
I am reliable, kind, and friendly. I work full time as a university lecturer teaching script writing and drama. I have lived in Brighton for 20 years. I live with my sweet and playful cats Michelle and Maribel . I had a play on in Brighton festival fringe. I am interested in cinema, eating out, and I keep fit through Pilates, yoga and swimming. I like my guests to feel free to come and go as they want, however late or early! I am friendly and laid back. Ready to chat and never expect it! I try to make your stay as easy as possible.
