Welcome to our modern, spacious retreat along the beautiful Muskoka River. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom house sits on over 2 acres of tranquil land, offering the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and nature. Start your day on the Muskoka River with our paddle boards and kayaks, or unwind with a good book from our collection. The sauna provides a perfect place to relax after a day of outdoor activities. Note about curtains/blinds in bedrooms:
- 1 Queen bedroom (main floor): no blinds, but only a small window and offers privacy because of location
- 1 Queen 1 King bedroom (main floor): Curtains over windows and sliding glass doors. One small window without curtain.
- Master bedroom: no blinds, but windows face side of property with complete privacy
- 2 Twins bedroom: electronic blinds on all windows

- Master bedroom: no blinds, but windows face side of property with complete privacy. The small bedroom with cribs attached to the master has the windows blacked out for children sleeping.
