Welcome to the best ski location in Steamboat Springs – Storm Meadows. This is the ultimate place to be for your vacation. Put your skis on out of the front door and hit the slopes. Stop by your unit for lunch and then keep going in the Champagne Powder - the best skiing you have ever experienced. Once you are done for the day – put the skis in your own ski locker and get ready to relax like you are in a spa – soak in the huge outside hot tub or swim in the heated pool while the snow piles up around you, making you anxious about tomorrow – another day on the world known slopes, which have produced more Olympic skiers than any other place in the US. You will sleep comfortably in the Master’s king bed. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds for the perfect family accommodation. Gather around the wood burning fireplace for a glass of wine or to enjoy your dinner. The kitchen is very functional and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware to prepare a gourmet meal. Have your morning cup of coffee on the wrap around balcony, while you breathe in the crisp mountain air. The unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for privacy, flat screen TV with DVD and cable with HBO – so you can enjoy a movie with the whole family, while the wood burning fireplace makes the atmosphere cozy and relaxing. The complex features big outside pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness center and tennis courts (summer only) – best amenities you will find around. There is a free shuttle during the winter which runs every 15 minutes and will take almost anywhere you want to go, so you do not have to worry about driving in a foot of snow. There is WiFi in the unit, so bring your laptop and keep sending the pictures showing how much fun you are having to everybody you know – but be cautious – they will be jealous.

* Reservations are for quiet residential vacation accommodations only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, and similar events are strictly prohibited. No additional people beyond the maximum occupancy of the house are allowed on or in the rental property at any time unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.

* The number of adults and children staying at the rental must be listed below. If the number of the guests in your group changes, this must be communicated in writing to (URL HIDDEN) Additional guests beyond those identified at the time of booking are not permitted and will result in an additional fee of $100 per person/per night. (URL HIDDEN) does not verbally confirm additional guests. Additional guests must be approved by (URL HIDDEN) in writing.
* Guest`s reservation is accepted for one family or group of individuals for this accommodation only and, unless disclosed to and agreed upon by (URL HIDDEN) will not be used in combination with other accommodations.
* Quiet hours are from 8pm until 8am. Guest`s use of the rental is subject to local noise ordinances, therefore loud amplified music is not allowed. Noise complaints are subject to local law enforcement intervention. Law enforcement intervention will be deemed by (URL HIDDEN) to be a breach of this Agreement and shall authorize termination of Guest occupancy of the rental.

* The rental shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. * Guest may not sublet the unit or assign this Agreement.

* Guest may cook only in areas specifically designated for cooking in the unit.

* Guest must immediately notify (URL HIDDEN) of any fire or other damage or injury to the rental or any person on the rental property.
* Guest shall be liable for all acts of his family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited or allowed onto the rental property by Guest.

* Guest shall be responsible to return all keys and gate or garage door openers upon departure. Lost keys or garage door openers will be charged to the Guest, usually $50 per room key and $50 per pool key.

* Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner and the Homeowners Association as provided to Guest upon check-in.
* Guest shall not bring any pets into the rental or onto the rental property.
* Guest understands that (URL HIDDEN) cannot and does not guarantee that adjacent properties will be free from disturbances or not be under construction, being repaired or maintained in any way, or that State construction projects will not be in progress around the rental unit. Construction on adjacent or nearby properties is not a valid reason for termination of this agreement nor is it a reason for the refund of any monies to Guest.

* Non Smoking Properties: Colorado is now a non smoking state. All condos are non-smoking inside and outside. You are only able to smoke at least 15 feet away from any door or window opening. If there is any evidence of smoking, you are responsible for all additional expenses for the restoration of the property.

* Lost or Stolen Items: (URL HIDDEN) is not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. Always lock all of the doors and windows when you leave the property (even if you are not on the ground floor).

Overall, a great condo. It is a bit dated, could use some paint and a there are a couple of stains on the carpet. But the balcony is awesome. Great view of the ski mountain and surrounding mountains. If you want to hike and bike on the ski mountain, you have easy access to a ski trail that takes you to a nice network of trails. You can walk to the base of the gondola on this trail too (about 10-15 minutes). From there, free bus will take you into town, or you can drive (about 10 minutes). Overall a great place, we fit 7 (4 adults, three kids) and didn't feel crammed.

Had a great trip, easy ski in ski out access right to the door. Quite comfortable for 8 adults even with 5 days of gear each. Worst part: Hot tub closes early and the supervisor was not friendly

The ski in and out for this place is not right on the mountain. Rather they have a small path that leads to a cat walk on the mountain. Not a big deal just not what was expected. It still makes it easy to get some first chairs.

The rental company was fine. I received a call the day before to make sure we were all set to go. Getting the key was easy and just as described. The large patio is fantastic and the view from it was absolutely amazing. The pool on the property was nice and clean. Our small amount of disappointment came from a few areas: -There was a little more cleaning that needed to be done. I found an empty soda can behind a night stand, there was some more trash behind the couch and there was a used washcloth on top of the shower head in the master bathroom. Just needed a little more attention to detail. - The unit is a little outdated. The ad pictures make it look newer than it is in person. It could use a more refreshing and newer decor as it has not been updated in many years. The building in general is a little older and the hallway has an old smell to it. - One of the reasons we picked this unit is because one of the ad pictures has a BBQ in it, and we wanted to cook out one night. There is no BBQ on the patio, and I was told that the association no longer allows them. Several other patios in the complex had them, so I am not sure what the deal is there. Overall, this was a decent value rental compared to other pricing in the area, and the unit served its purpose. We love Steamboat and the kids had a good time. I am not sure that I would stay in this specific unit again, but that shouldn't discourage others from staying there if they are looking for a value Summer rental in Steamboat.

What a great place! We were concerned that we might not be able to ski to the place but the building has its own trail which made a world of difference. The apartment accommodated 5 men great and the magic school bus (complimentary shuttle) was incredibly helpful for getting into town or to the base area. 5 start establishment!

Nice cozy condo with wonderful views. The only annoyance was having to pick up and return the keys at a separate location (Retreatia office). It is technically ski in/ski out, but kind of a hike so we wound up taking the shuttle down to the gondola.
