The space

This spacious apartment is just newly renovated and includes a living room with open kitchen and two spacious double bedrooms including wardrobe.

The living room is equipped with a large sofa, dinner table, digital television, free fast Wi-Fi.

The new bathroom has a toilet and spacious shower. Towels and toilet paper are provided.

When you arrive you will be met by The Porto Concierge service that will receive you for check-in and share with you tips about where to find special places to eat, visit and have fun. The Porto Concierge Service will be 24/7 available for you during all your stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only in the balcony when available or at the window-sill.

Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before check-out.

We request that guests leave the dishes and the kitchen clean and empty out the trash, there is always a garbage deposit in the street nearby.

The apartment is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, keep the apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require

extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it.

PLEASE TAKE CARE of the decoration items, furniture, towels/linen and other apartment's equipment. Any doubts handling the apartment's appliances and equipment please

call.

The neighbors appreciate some peace and quiet as do our guest, please keep the noise level to a minimum between 22h and 8h.

House was as described, communication was excellent and concierge was waiting for us at the door even though we were 1hr late! Hard to find apartment door otherwise. Excellent location away from the centre. Walking distance to tram into city centre or uber was €9 to Port Cellar doors. Also close is Matishnos which has excellent seafood on the street. Only negatives were hard bed and pillows and noise from apartment above if you were trying to sleep in.

Thank you for a great stay in Porto, the apartment is very well situated and nice. The couch for the 5th person on the other hand is very uncomfortable and some things are missing like a bottle-opener, extra pillows and blankets.

The apartment is lovely and the description is accurate although we were not able to find the sun terrace as described. The apartment is in a great central location with walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, beaches and buses to Porto. The apartment is managed by The Porto Concierge however they did not provide the best service starting by calling 15 min prior to check in to say that check in would be 45 min delayed. 1 hour later a non English speaking cleaner turns up to let us into the apartment and only started to clean at that time. Further The Porto Concierge failed to respond to emails during the stay about minor issues.

The flat in itself is spacious and in a very good location but the services from the so called "Porto Concierge" is terrible. When we arrived, the person who came to give us the key opened the door and the flat had not been cleaned from the previous people who stayed previously. It took a while to organise the cleaning and we had to go out and really checked in around 6pm instead of 2pm. No apology was sent, the communication is poor. Instead a lady walked into the flat out of the blue (let herself in) when I had friends around for dinner to give me a €6 bottle of Port wine to apologise! A written apology would have done a better job! I was charged £137 for the Porto Concierge fee, this is a scam as all they provide is the key on arrival.

This place is perfect for 2 or multiple guests. It's right on the beach and there is tons of spacious room to feel at home. Large bath, drying area for laundry, plenty of cooking space and very cozy rooms. The couple who live in the building are incredibly lovely people. The beaches are right across the street and there is a grocery store and amazing fruit stand nearby. You must try the cafes along the Brasil street and Ichiban sushi is incredible. I highly suggest the place itself. Communication with this company is quite difficult. Getting them to reply to messages or answer calls was a struggle.

The Porto Concierge help home owners that want to rent their beautiful houses in Porto but don't have the possibility to receive their guests. Renting a house is hard work: you have to clean the house, meet your guests when they arrive and assure they have a good stay. You might live far away or just don't have enough time to do all of this - but don't worry, we can handle this for you.
