Our home is a luxurious and comfortable fully-serviced apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It’s on the 3rd floor of a traditional mansion block that’s been recently restored. The space is spotlessly clean, full of light and has its own fully furnished private roof terrace with incredible views across the city. Great for an evening drink! There’s flat screen TVs throughout the flat also and a central media system with speakers in every room.
I have provided a tablet at the property that has all the instructions for the flat and should answer any questions you have about where things are located. It also has my recommendations for the area!
This rooms contains a wonderfully comfy double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (shower only). We’ve restored the original fireplace and left some of the brickwork exposed to give it a very special “cosy and traditional yet modern” feel.
Please note that this bedroom is exposed to the sounds of the main street (Clapham Road) and there are often emergency vehicles headed down this road with sirens. If you are a light sleeper it would be best to sleep in the second bedroom.
This room is tastefully furnished with a beautiful double bed and wardrobe. Similar exposed brickwork to the main bedroom.
KITCHEN / LIVING SPACE
The kitchen and living room are large, generous spaces that flow fluidly together and form the hub of the flat. The kitchen is fully-equipped with hob, oven, microwave and fridge, and its key feature is a large island in the centre of the room. There’s a flat screen TV to keep the chef company and guests are very welcome to make use of our Nespresso machine (which we leave fully supplied with pods) - so you can be sure to get a great cup of coffee whenever you fancy. There’s also a selection of teas to choose from.
The living room is a large, wooden floored space with a beautiful feature fireplace as the focal point of the room. Our sofa is huge and makes for a very cosy area that we love to chill in. There’s also a 50” flatscreen TV.
The main bathroom is our pride and joy! It’s a quiet, peaceful space with a separate bath and walk-in shower. The designer bath is a lovely comfortable shape and has its own TV on the wall, making bath times are a real treat (as they should be).
Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free, on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport…or anything else you might fancy. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.
Interaction with guests
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note that standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm, but subject to availability. Please note that by booking you understand that your preferred check in time may not be available but will always try to be accommodated!
Please note our house rules:
-All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
