Set in lovely garden yet walking distance to to town this bright home sleeps 6 people. Quiet south facing deck perfect for sitting outside. Off road parking available. This is a get away from it all, peaceful experience. Weekly lets with Friday changeover during peak weeks.

The space
Beautiful views from this Totnes holiday accomodation. It is situated amongst mature trees and is in a peaceful location. It
is a short walk to the river Dart (0.3 miles) and Totnes town centre (0.5 miles), with its cafes and individual shops. The beaches of South Devon are five miles away and Dartmoor is close by. Enjoy lovely sunsets from the private deck and garden with garden furniture. Available for weekly rentals only during school holidays, Saturday changeover day.

The accomodation is on a very quiet lane near a bridlepath and long walks. At the bottom of the lane (0.2 miles) is an unmade up track perfect for walking or mountain biking. A walking track called the John Musgrove trail passes outside our front gate. The energetic could walk or cycle all the way to Torbay or Darmouth using mostly bridleways and green lanes. Other nearby activities include, kayaking, fishing and riding. There is off road car parking and plenty of outdoor space. The living room faces due South so is very sunny and light. The beds are very comfy and there is plenty of storage space. Woodburning stove in lounge for chilly evenings and wood will be provided.

There are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has an extremely comfortable kingsize bed. Bedroom two has twin beds. Bedroom three is also a twin room. We provide cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. A bathroom with bath and shower over and seperate loo. All the rooms have great views of the countryside.

Our house, which is next door to the lodge has a large garden (1.5 acres). At the bottom of the garden is a beautiful large pond, which is not fenced off so families with young children would need to supervise them at all times.

A regular bus service runs from nearby (0.1 miles) with services to Paignton, Torbay, Dartmouth and Plymouth. The mainline train station is 0.6 miles away.

Guest access
Private deck, lawned area and garden shed for sports equipment. Beach tennis and beach volleyball court and equipment in the garden.

Love playing cello, piano and trombone. Fly fishing, walking, and spending time on the beach. We are a relaxed but active family who love camp fires in the garden, enjoying the wildlife which visits our space and watching the incredible sunsets we get here.
