You rent the entire apartment, you will be the only one who access to the whole flat.
The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival . The household includes windows, cleaning the Frigidaire, the terrace floor, the beds made and the towels of Egyptian cotton as well as toiletries are installed in the bathroom.

Fridge stocking - just send us a shopping list and we'll make sure the kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials you need to create delicious meals. Especially handy for those arriving late and not able to get to the shops on their first day, or for anyone whose holiday time is too precious to be spent in the supermarket! Whether you use this as a one-off service or would like us to deliver more often we're happy to help. Or maybe you'd like to order a chilled bottle of champagne and a bunch of roses for a special someone to find on arrival. If it can be sourced in Cote d'Azur , we'll make it happen
Additional linen changes - if you would like your sheets or towels changed more often during your stay, this can be arranged
Additional cleaning - if your holiday time is too precious to be spent mopping floors, we're happy to send in our cleaners for you as often as required
Chef - We know some great local chefs and would be happy to put you in touch with them directly. Whether you want three meals a day prepared and served for you, or just a one-off dinner, they are friendly, versatile, multi-lingual and make extremely good food
Masseur and beauty treatments - We also know some great local masseurs and beauticians happy to pay house calls and pamper you .

And if we went out a bit of Cannes? The back country is magnificent. Then visit to Mougins, Valbonne, Mouans-Sartoux for their flower-filled streets, their artist workshops or their deemed tables. Grasse, capital world of perfume; Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a village perched on the impressive Gorges du Loup and much obviously, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Foundation. not to mention Antibes and the Picasso Museum.
Contract is signed between the tenant and the Landlord.

Bathrobes & Slipper : extra charge on arrival 30 Euros / 2 pièces / stay
Daily Maid service : 1 hour cleaning 20 Euros
Late & early check in (20h00pm to 8h00am) : extra charge on arrival 100 Euros.
You only receive the key to the apartment by signing this contract as well as the payment of extra services.
The tenant receives set of keys house/apartment keys for the duration of the rental period.
The loss of keys (charged 150 € per set of key)
The damage deposit will be returned to the Tenant at his departure (by AIRBNB)after inventory, minus appropriate sums to cover damage and / or deterioration of housing and furniture and objects furnishing the home caused by the Lessee and losses keys or objects.
The rental property incl. the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people within the house. The tenant is liable for all damaged goods, damage to the property or anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests.
The Tenant has contracted a insurance policy to guard against risks (water, damage,fire , robbery ...) when booking with the company [Landlord insurance: AVIVA]. A copy of the insurance policy may be requested by the Landlord to the Tenant at its entry into the premises.
The Tenant will have no action against the Landlord for theft and depredations in the apartment.
Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the advertiser immediately.
Animals are not allowed.
House rules: the tenant agrees to follow the house rules. These are included & provided in the property
It respects the number of maximum persons (during the reservation request) may enter the premises, according to the description that was presented to him. Any breach of this rule will result in a penalty fee of 100 € per day and per person.
A failure to the accommodation restitution in clean condition, the Tenant undertakes to make its cleaning costs that the Landlord will be forced to perform according to the scale attached to this contract. (Cleaning: 100 €)
You are living in an apartment building where other families and workers live also.
You are therefore requested to ensure that your conduct is appropriate: please do not slam doors when entering or leaving your apartment, or leave in the communal areas.
In particular , you are requested to refrain from making excessive noise after 10.00 pm and when re-entering the building late at night. THANK YOU
