You rent the entire apartment, you will be the only one who access to the whole flat.
The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival . The household includes windows, cleaning the Frigidaire, the terrace floor, the beds made and the towels of Egyptian cotton as well as toiletries are installed in the bathroom.
Bathrobe and slippers extra charge.

Fridge stocking - just send us a shopping list and we'll make sure the kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials you need to create delicious meals. Whether you use this as a one-off service or would like us to deliver more often we're happy to help. Or maybe you'd like to order a chilled bottle of champagne and a bunch of roses for a special someone to find on arrival. If it can be sourced in Cote d'Azur , we'll make it happen
Additional linen changes - if you would like your sheets or towels changed more often during your stay, this can be arranged
Additional cleaning - if your holiday time is too precious to be spent mopping floors, we're happy to send in our cleaners for you as often as required

Grasse, capital world of perfume; Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a village perched on the impressive Gorges du Loup and much obviously, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Foundation. not to mention Antibes and the Picasso Museum.

Bathrobes & Slipper : extra charge on arrival 30 Euros / 2 pièces / stay

Daily Maid service : 1 hour cleaning 20 Euros

Late & early check in (20h00pm to 8h00am) : extra charge on arrival 100 Euros.

You only receive the key to the apartment by signing this contract as well as the payment of extra services.

The tenant receives set of keys house/apartment keys for the duration of the rental period.

The loss of keys (charged 150 € per set of key)

The damage deposit will be returned to the Tenant at his departure (by AIRBNB)after inventory, minus appropriate sums to cover damage and / or deterioration of housing and furniture and objects furnishing the home caused by the Lessee and losses keys or objects.

The rental property incl. the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people within the house. The tenant is liable for all damaged goods, damage to the property or anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests.

The Tenant has contracted a insurance policy to guard against risks (water, damage,fire , robbery ...) when booking with the company [Landlord insurance: AVIVA]. A copy of the insurance policy may be requested by the Landlord to the Tenant at its entry into the premises.

The Tenant will have no action against the Landlord for theft and depredations in the apartment.

Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the advertiser immediately.

Animals are not allowed.

House rules: the tenant agrees to follow the house rules. These are included & provided in the property

It respects the number of maximum persons (during the reservation request) may enter the premises, according to the description that was presented to him. Any breach of this rule will result in a penalty fee of 100 € per day and per person.

A failure to the accommodation restitution in clean condition, the Tenant undertakes to make its cleaning costs that the Landlord will be forced to perform according to the scale attached to this contract. (Cleaning: 100 €)

You are therefore requested to ensure that your conduct is appropriate: please do not slam doors when entering or leaving your apartment, or leave in the communal areas.

Olivier is definitely a superhost. He was very kind and I never got so much information about restaurants and more from a host. The apartment it self is exactly as described. On the picture it looks even smaller than in real. The balcony is big and the neighborhood is very quite, even at Saturday night. For me the most important part of an airbnb object is always the bed. And this apartment has a heaven of bed. (an 10 of 10). The entertainment system is a bit too old, but everything else was perfect. All in all I give a nine of ten rating. Would definitely book again.

I could't ask for something nicer than Olivier's flat. Amazing big house, clean with all the amenities needed. Excellent communication and Olivier is super friendly. The house is in the heart of Cannes, 2 mins walk from the beach and all the shops. Definitely recommend it and hope to go back soon :) Thanks Olivier

The flat was exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. It was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The location was excellent. I certainly recommend it. Olivierwas a perfect host. I really appreciate him meeting me from the Nice airport shuttle bus and taking me to the apartment. He pointed out supermarkets etc on the way. Took time to show me round the apartment and to orientate me. He had helpful suggestions about trains, bus services, restaurants etc. I did not need to call him with any problems but felt confident that he would have responded very quickly if i had to.

Great appartment close to the Palais Plenty of choices for restaurants and shops. Olivier is a fantastic host, very helpfull One day the internet was down and he fixed it immediatly. I will come back

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. A true little treasure with amenities that remind you of a hotel. Olivier was absolutely great. He came to meet me at the train station and even gave me a little tour of the neighbourhood around the apartment, as well as some great recommendations. I am definitely going back to Cannes and to this apartment!

Fantastic apartment and perfect location ! Olivier is a very friendly host, he took us to the only opened supermarket when we arrived and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants etc. The apartment is very well equipped, nice, very clean and sleeping is very comfortable :) It is easy to park your car at the carpark ( charges apply ) and visit places around the Cote Azur by car We would recommend this apartment to everyone !
