Suite is on the third floor. Faces another building right across the street so people can see you and there's usually a bit of noise from the street; conversations mainly. It was a little hot, you don't get much of a breeze in there. The bedroom was too hot, even with the window open, and unless you put the storm shutters down, there's another widow right above yours to the side that can see right into your window. Main light was out in the bathroom, though there was another light, which made shaving a little tricky. The apartment feels like someone lives there, if that makes sense, it's not really tidy, maybe I'm
being harsh, I just really value tidiness and cleanliness and have high standards when it comes to that stuff. I'd say it's worth the money if you're splitting it with another person, otherwise it's a bit much. There' should high speed wifi, and no TV. It is a spacious space. Fairly clean. Everything you need, including soap, dish soap, toilet paper, towels, cookware, etc. Grocery store three blocks away. Twelve minute walk downhill to the train station (Gare de Cannes), fifteen minute walk downhill to the beach / Palais des Festivals /Boulevard de la Croisette. I came for the film festival. It can get a little tiresome to do the uphill walk from the Palais if you're doing it a few times a day, although the apartment is a couple blocks away from public transit and there are cabs and Uber. There's a really nice big patio/balcony with a mini couch and comfy chairs. Corinna is really nice and helpful; she let me check in early and let me check out in the evening as that's when my bus to Paris was.
