In the residential area of El Palm-mar in South Tenerife. Located in one of the most exclusive complex in the area. It's a very spacious apartment. One double ensuite room with its own stylish bathroom and one double room. Parking. Amazing swim pool. POOL FULL IN OPERATION STARTING JULY 1st.

The space

It's a very spacious and sunny appartment that fits two double rooms. One double ensuite room wit its own stylish bathroom and one double room having direct access to one of the two terraces that you'll enjoy there.
We can convert the two single beds from 2nd room as a full integrated double bed if required.
The living area is furnished with a dining table and a very counfortable sofa, where to relax and watching TV. You'll have internet free wi-fi access.
The open and modern kitchen is fully furnished and has all amenities itself. (Vitro, owen, microwaves, fridge, washing machine, dishwashing machine and all small house appliances you will need.)
We provide bath towels and bed linen.

Thanks to its design and orientation the appartment it's so sunny.
With its big crystal doors you will enjoy the light and breeze that makes the weather in South Tenerife one of the best in the world. You will enjoy nice and relaxing views over the blue of our liten up swiming pool.

Guest access

Inspired int the round shapes of modernist architecture and featuring one of largest swiming pool in the island, the complex has been recognized by international architecture organizations. There is parking available inside the complex from where you can access by lift directly to the apartment.

Other things to note

For those who are planning to travel on the warmest season of the Year (June to September) we offer Air conditioner as an option. (In case you ask for that service 55 € per week will be charged at you arrival.)

We do accept late ckeck in. Between 21:30pm and 7:00am, 30 € should be paid for that service at your arrival.

The area and the complex are so quite and relaxed, so we ask for respect other neighbors.
Please, don't hang towels or any clothes on rails around balconies.
There is a "NON smoking" apartment. You have gardens and open areas around if you need so.
We ask not to take bath towels to the beach.

Great appartement, modern, parking was good, Great pool and good contact with ana, help from manuel. She forgot us, but after calling She was there in 5min. Worth booking again

had a fantastic stay at Manel's Apartment in a lovely location! only downside was the air-conditioning was not accessible, there was notes on how to use the air-con but there was no remote to control it so we did struggle a bit with the heat during the nights.

Excellent flat with a fully equipped apartment and a quiet residential area which was ideal for a relaxing trip in Tenerife. There were a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby which was convenient however I would encourage renting a car as it is quite a distance to nearby towns (Los Cristianos, etc.). However, we were informed by the host a few days before that the pool was closed due to repairs (looks like it's been for months now based on previous reviews). This should have been clearly written in the description as this leads me to think that it was intentional due to the 'strict' cancellation policy and it being the unique selling point of this place. All in all, I would recommend the place due to its proximity to key areas and the quiet neighbourhood but if you are keen on using the pool - check with the host before booking.

We loved our stay at the beautiful island of Tenerife! Manel was very easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue that he solved in a perfect way. The apartement was well-equipped and very clean. We would definetly recommend for people looking for a modern apartement in a quiet location.

We had a great time in Manel's appartement. Very quiet and relax place. Very clean and as the picture. Our only disappointment was the amazing swimming pool was closed and we did not advise prior to the reservation and our arrival. Make sure every equipment you want or looking for is available. You need a car to go to the beaches close to the appartement.

Clean modern apartment on the outskirts of Palm-Mar. Good size, double with en-suite and twin with separate bathroom, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, decent WiFi, nice balcony overlooking the huge pool (closed for maintenance the week we were there which was unfortunate), dedicated secure parking space in the basement, short walk to local supermarket and 10mins to the seafront. Lovely and quiet with mainly residents at the "Las Olas" development. 20min drive from Tenerife South airport and 10/15mins to resorts further up the coast. Good communication from host. Would certainly consider staying here again!

Lovely stylish, spacious apartment. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities + very comfortable beds. Located in a very quiet area of Palm-mar. A supermarket close by but would recommend hiring a car. The apartment has an underground parking space. Pool looked fantastic but sadly too cold for us to use (early January). Very close to the tourist towns. I would highly recommend this apartment although no travel cot or highchair available for babies/toddlers.
