Charming and functional apartment up to 6 people. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed. It has two small balconies that allow you to relax watching Barcelona. Apartment for tourist use with license number: HUTB-002915.

The space

Cozy and elegant apartment that has everything needed to accommodate up to 6 people. Inside it has a large and spacious dining room where there are two easy chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a large table with chairs for all occupants. Redecorated on November 2016.

Guest access

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with an individual bed and an individual sofa bed. All rooms have wardrobes so you can keep your clothes and valuables organized during your stay.
Plaça Espanya E has a spacious and bright kitchen that is in a fully independent stay. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and all kinds of utensils you'll need during your stay. The accommodation is reviewed periodically, especially the dishes and utensils, so that everything is in perfect condition and nothing is missing.
It has a spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub to relax after a long day. The apartment features free WiFi, heating, air conditioning and flat screen TV. It also has two cozy balconies, one with a table and chairs where you can lunch or dinner.
This apartment is located less than 10 minutes from Plaza España and 300m from the subway stop Hostafrancs (L1), which connects to all major points of the city. In addition, Sants Station 5-minute walk from the apartment, where trains to operate to various parts of Catalonia, Spain and France.

Parking near the apartment for € 14 a day.

To get the apartment keys at the checkin, you must call the contact a person 20 minutes prior to arrival, so he can get the building.
Organize your check-in, a few days before by email.
Please, when you get to the building do not press the intercom, wait for the contact person outside the building without obstructing the door and allowing other people on the street to move around.
Be polite and respectful at all times, especially in the apartment, in the building and on the street.

El propietario no alquila a grupos donde todos los miembros son más jóvenes de 25 años. Es imprescindible respetar el descanso de los vecinos, sin ruido después de las 21.00 horas. Las fiestas no están permitidas. Cargos severos serán aplicados si no se respetan estas normas.
Este alojamiento es estrictamente de no fumadores. Si viaja con un bebé / niño pequeño podemos proporcionar una cuna / trona. Por favor avise antes de viajar para que podamos confirmar la disponibilidad y el precio. Podemos ofrecer cafeteras Nespresso a nuestros clientes bajo petición y previa reserva. Si tiene coche, tenga en cuenta que no se puede aparcar en la calle y se tendrá que utilizar un aparcamiento público / garaje, que por lo general puede ser bastante caro. Sin embargo, se facilita parking a 5 minutos caminando con precios convenidos de 12€/dia o 60€/semana.
No se permiten mascotas. Late check-in y check-out: 50 Euros después de 20:00. 70 Euros después de las 24:00 y antes de las 08:00. Para evitar retrasos innecesarios, debe llamar a la persona de contacto en el aeropuerto o cuando usted tiene 20 kilómetros de la ciudad en coche, para confirmar la hora exacta de llegada. En el check-in debe presentar fotocopias de pasaportes o de identificación con foto de todos los ocupantes adultos alojados en el apartamento. En el registro, usted deberá pagar el IMPUESTO TURÍSTICO (2,48€ por persona por noche), en caso de tener que realizar un pago con tarjeta debe solicitarlo antes de la llegada.

The owner does not rent to groups where all the members are younger than 25 years old. It is essential to respect the rest of the neighbors, not loud noises after 21pm. Parties are not allowed. Severe charge will be applied if these rules are not respected.
This accommodation is striclty non-smoking. If you travel with an infant / toddler we can provide a cot / high chair. We can offer Nespresso coffemaker upon request and reservation (coffe not included). If you have a car, be aware that you can not park in the street, you will have to use a public parking, which can be quite expensive. Parking is available at 5 minutes walk with agreed prices of € 12 / day or € 60 / week.
No pets allowed. Late check-in and check-out: 50€ after 20h / 70€ after 24h and before 8h. To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person when you land at the airport or 20km before arriving to Barcelona to confirm exact time of arrival time.
At the check-in you must provide us the passport photocopies of all the adults staying at the apartment. At that time you arrive you will have to pay the TOURIST TAX (2,48€ per person per night). If you want to pay by card, please, ask before your arrival.

Convenient location- metro and bus stops very close, grocery store across the street, cafes and restaurants within easy walk. Family neighborhood with parks and school in sight. Apartment is modern and roomy.

It was a wery nice stay. The apartment is very clean and the location was very good. The flat includes everything, what you need for a comfortable stay, even wash mashine that was very usefull since we traveled with the kids. The only thing I disliked was a noise. There were little bit noisy during our stay, due to some construction works outside of building, but I think that works will be completed soon. Noise insulation was also not perfect. At the night we sometimes was hear conversation of the neighbors.

It was nice, the location was great. It was close to the metro and other necessities. Just gotta be careful of the other guests because if they talk, you hear every single thing. Anything else was perfect!

The house is well furnished, clean and the location is good, not tourist and therefore more authentic, good price/quality. What I didi not like was basically the communication with the host. Not the kind of communication that you expecti n a airbnb community, it is not a friendly communication, not open to give advice or suggestions, no flexibility. It's a kind of communication that you may have with an employee a bit stressed of 1 star hostel.

Thanks for the review Francesco. I appreciate your comments on the apartment. We make an effort to achieve the best quality at the lowest market price we can. However, I have to specify that you, as an owner, know how this works. We give some instructions for the check in to avoid delays and annoyances for the guests and the person doing the check in. When you contacted me by phone you told me you were getting out of the metro station near the apartment, so I went to the apartment as it was raining and I didn’t wanted you to get soaked in the rain. After waiting 20 minutes for you I phoned you and you answered me very upset for my call telling me that you always have to wait for your guests in your apartments. I understand that your way of preparing the check in is different mine but because of that you can’t fool me for your advantage and do not apologize for the annoyances you can cause to other people. The apartment you booked is non-smoker, as it is listed in our Airbnb webpage, which is a rule you tried to avoid. Francesco, I have to say that there are some house rules which are listed on the listing and the fact that you haven’t read them it doesn’t excuse you from not following them. Besides, you are the owner of three apartments in Italy, so I think you should understand me better than anyone.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and the location is also convenient. You can approach the subway station in 2 minutes by walking. We are satisfied with the apartment and would like to recommend to other people. The only thing that need to promote is the air conditioner. It works not so good as expected.
