The space awaits your arrival. Contact me. The living area has plenty of seating, a Milo Baughman velvet sofa, and a comfy armchair. The master BR has additional seating with two Gus camel leather and stainless chairs, a queen four poster cherry bed, and a green leather wingback chair. The dining area of the kitchen has a tulip table and tulip chairs. Mantel art by David X. Levine. The second bedroom has a double bed. The tall Windows, and high ceilings lend a sense of airiness. The floors were just refinished, and the walls were freshly painted. Visitors spend most time sleeping, so, the beds have memory foam toppers, and feather beds.

Other things to note
There is a driveway that can accomodate two small cars. The downstairs apt. also uses the driveway. Street parking is available.
The walkability score for my house is 91%. Hominy Grill, and Xia Bao Biscuit are 1-3 blocks away.

This is a non smoking property. No pets allowed. Check in is at 4 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No house parties allowed. Please follow all posted signs and ordinances for Charleston. Guest may not alter the walls or furniture with tape, nails, etc. All trash, food, and recycling must be removed from the house and placed in proper container at driveway prior to departure. Dishes must be washed before departure. If anything is broken upon arrival, owner must be notified.
