Spacious sunlit bedroom that includes a private parking spot. Pleasant neighborhood walk to downtown or the house is right next to two bus routes that quickly travel to campus/downtown and the Hospital. My two cats, Apricot and Mochi, sneaking around the premises.

James was a lovely and friendly host and was understanding of our situation which meant we arrived quite late in the evening. He helped us with directions to his house after issues with our phones and kindly suggested places in town to eat. The room and rest of the house was tidy, bed was clean and comfortable and James provided a fan for the room due to the heat which was a nice touch. Location wise it was perfect - a brief 10 walk into town. I loved being greeted by his 2 cats upon arrival also! Thanks James for a brief but comfortable stay :)

James's place is amazing. It's in a perfect location not too far away from downtown. And he's very hospitable host. His cats are definitely very playful and were a delight to have around. I would definitely wish to stay with him again in the future, and recommend this place to anyone who may wish to travel to Ann Arbor.

James's place is exactly as described and great for a single traveler. The cats were super friendly and the bed was comfortable. There are some good eating options nearby as well that are less than a mile like the Roadhouse!
