No communication from host on or since the day of arrival - This is not a private rental, so don't expect to see Christina or Justin in person. It's Aria Apartments using AirBnB to fill spots, so head straight to reception to check in. It would have been nice if I was told this instead of waiting in the lobby for a reply to my message that never came.
Room very clearly finished in a hurry - bathroom doors won't lock/unlock, missing skirting and waterproofing = mildew, nonfunctional ventilation downstairs, plastic still stuck in stovetop fixtures and the front door peephole was installed backwards.
Kitchen crockery and cutlery is severely lacking, so we had to buy our own and the lack of a microwave is a bigger inconvenience than you might think. Kitchen appliances work, even if the dishwasher tilts forward when you pull a loaded drawer out.
Bedrooms were clean as long as you didn't pay close attention to the carpet. Plenty of pillows which was nice and split beds arranged as requested.
Overall, functionally adequate for our needs, but not the best stay I've ever had.
