Bath West House is a modern family home offering luxury self catering accommodation for small groups. Situated in a quiet suburb of Bath just 2 miles from the city centre.
The house is modern and spacious with an amazing open plan living area of kitchen, lounge and dining table. This has large bio-fold doors that look out on to the garden and full right back onto the patio with table and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with large American style fridge/freezer, double oven and grill, induction hob and microwave. There is a large marble topped island offering a great space for entertaining. A large modern sofa offers plenty of seating, wide wall mounted TV, dining area with extendable table to seat up to 10 people.
Leading off the kitchen area is a small WC and basin, and utility area with access to the outside , sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a single and twin room.
On the first floor , there are 4 further bedrooms, plus a family bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub. The double bedroom has an ensuite walk in wet room.
The property is modern and stylish and furnished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The driveway offers parking for one car . Wifi througout.
This is a private house, with private driveway. The rear of the property has a good size garden with table and seating, gas bbq, small slide for children and a washing line. It is completely enclosed, safe for small children and dogs.
Interaction with guests
The owners do not meet and greet but are on hand for any queries or problems before your stay or during. There are no keys to collect - a code is given for the key safe.

There is plenty of residential parking in this area for additional cars.

The property is in a quiet residential area of Bath. The house is semi detached and groups need to be aware of neighbours when outside in the garden and late at night. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
This house is located in a residential area of Bath, therefore we expect noise to be kept to a minimum after 11pm . Any complaints from neighbours about noise will incur a charge. We expect the house to be left tidy - rubbish to be put outside and recycling to be done. Dishwasher to be stacked and turned on. The house will be cleaned after your departure.
Dogs are to be kept downstairs. Dogs mess in the garden must be cleaned up before departure. This is a strictly no smoking house.
The hot tub in the garden is locked and empty and strictly not for use by guests.
