I am a happy, people person who believes that we can do wonderful things when we set the intention to do so. I have a yoga clothing company, Beckons Yoga Clothing, and I teach the business of fashion at The Art Institute of Colorado. While I do not believe my jobs defines me, I sure love teaching and designing.
Travel is my other favorite past time. I recently traveled to the south of France with friends and family where we stayed in a castle. After that, my awesome adult kids and I and walked a portion of the Santiago de Compostela in Spain. I travel a lot in the US and love staying at Airbnb locations. It is there that a person gets the true nature of the city/location.
5 Things I Cannot Live Without:
Water (beach, pool, river, hot tub, hot springs)
I am new to hosting and am looking forward to creating a wonderful environment for my guests. We have an eclectic house full of charm and cool things. Our only pets are fish in a fish tank and Koi in a Koi pond. The energy in our home is peaceful and enriching and I am super excited to share that with others.
Because we have lived in Denver for a long time, we know all the good places to go—local coffee shops, unique boutiques, micro breweries.
While the space is fairly private, having your own entrance and bathroom, we are happy to share the kitchen and laundry facilities, if you are interested. We looking forward to hosting you!
