We have just enjoyed staying at Jacques' apartment, as a family of four. The apartment has great views over the harbour as well as providing another, larger terrace for eating meals alfresco. It is modern, clean and well-equipped. When the shutters are up, the interior space is light and airy. The air-con is adequate, helped by ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Our teenage children shared the twin room easily so we did not need the sofa bed. It is convenient for the old town, Carrefour supermarket, bus and train station yet is in a quiet neighbourhood. Thanks for the welcoming bottle of wine Jacques- it put us quickly in the holiday mood!

Nice flat - on fourth floor but with a lift. Nicely equipped and everything worked as advertised. Parking provided - but only takes a very small car due to sharp U-bend into basement opposite. Great location for seeing Antibes - so actually didn't use the car much. Flat itself was clean and had nice sense of being a home, rather than a sterile rental. Nice prints on the wall by someone with same name as owner - so presumably a relative! Would book again.

Jacques’s place is at the top floor of a charming building in a perfect location near everything we needed during our stay in Antibes. It has basically all the amenities you would expect from a real home, except dishwasher. We felt like locals during our stay. The two balconies are the best place to spend time, as they will allow you to find either sun or shade, not to forget that there is also a nice eastward view. Skillful drivers will also appreciate the garage that solves parking problems for a small car.

We give only nice remarks about the apartment. It is clean, functional and well equipped. Nice decoration and personal touches. The location is quiete yet close to old town. We recommend parking in the street which is quite cheap.

The apartment has a excellent location, were close to a really large supermarket that has everything. Close to old town and the main shopping street. Walking distance to a beach. An absolutely marvelous terrass, we spent several hours there every evening. 2 separate bedrooms with good beds. Clean and nice toilet and shower. Well equip kitchen, even with a sharp knives. The parking is hassel, you could park on the streets in Antibes but only for 2 hour at a time. and free parking between 12 and 1400. Close to the train station if you prefer going by train.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was exactly what we expected and needed. Jacques answered my few questions promptly and helpfully. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, considering it's so close to the station and old town. Definitely a good base for Antibes and S. of France.

This was our first AirBnB experience and there were no previous reviews of this apartment when we booked, so we were slightly nervous. However, the experience was excellent and Jacques was a great host. He provided everything we needed to access the flat well in advance, with clear instructions, and left a bottle of wine for us on arrival. We found the place very easily - just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The flat is on the top floor of an apartment block, accessed either by stairs or a small lift with maximum occupancy of three people. The flat enjoys a great location. Excellent access to trains and buses, one-minute walk to a good supermarket for daily groceries, and only a short walk into Antibes' busy town centre and bars/restaurants. The public beaches are around three-quarters of a kilometre away. The flat was clean and spacious enough for our family of four (including two teenagers). It has two balconies - one small one to the twin bedroom with views to the harbour and fort, and a larger one ideal for meal-times and relaxing (with its own small barbecue). Everything we needed to cook was provided. There was air conditioning in the main living area, but none in the two bedrooms, which could therefore become quite hot even at night. Jacques provided fans for the bedrooms, but these were a little noisy. The flat is opposite an Italian restaurant from which there was very little noise. We ate there on our final night and the food was good. We would happily stay here again should we return to Antibes in the future. It is ideal for anyone planning to explore the coastline, as it is so handy for Antibes railway station. Thanks you Jacques for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
