This place is perfect for a stay in Edinburgh, it's quiet and central at the same time. 5-10 minutes to the junction between Princes St and Queensferry St means you're right in the middle of the action. Kirsty is a great host, left out some breakfast stuff for us and arranged for her dad to let us in on the Friday. 10/10!

Recently refurbished and cosy apartment in very central location just a stone throw away from the new town yet very quiet. Very good place to use as a base for the discovery of the city. Communication with Kirsty is flawless and great care is given to make the guests feel welcome (clean sheets and towels, beverages&food, etc). 5 stars ! Thanks Kirsty !
